| Objective:By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment of heat-embedded blood stasis type of adenomyosis with Dried Lotus Land Tea Formula combined with Manuelle Ring,we analyzed the effects of Dried Lotus Land Tea Formula combined with Manuelle Ring on uterine volume, endometrial thickness, ovarian function and CA125 in patients with adenomyosis, and evaluated the value and prospect of Dried Lotus Land Tea Formula in clinical application. Methods: In this clinical study,85 patients who voluntarily underwent treatment with levonorgestrel intrauterine delayed-release system(Manuelle ring)in the gynecology outpatient clinic from February 2021 to February 2022 in Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who met the criteria of uterine adenomyosis in Chinese medicine and were all diagnosed by imaging and clinical examination, and met the diagnostic criteria of heat-embedded blood stasis type in Chinese medicine after Manuelle placement for uterine adenomyosis were selected for the study.Using a random number table, the patients were randomly divided into 43 cases in the dry lotus tea test group(2 cases were excluded because they did not return to the hospital for review for personal reasons and 1 case was excluded because of taking drugs(the specific drug was unknown))and 42 cases in the control group(1case was excluded because of taking cephalosporins for cold and 1 case was excluded because of not returning to the hospital for work reasons). The dry lotus tea test group was given 6 doses of dry lotus tea formula orally(1 dose per day, divided into morning and evening)on the second day after the Mann Yueh Le ring operation, while the Mann Yueh Le control group was not treated with this herbal medicine after the operation, and the degree of dysmenorrhea, menstrual volume, uterine size, endometrial thickness, level of glycoantigen 125(CA125),follicle-stimulating hormone(FS),and follicle stimulating hormone(FS)were measured before and 3months after treatment in each group. The indices such as follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),TCM symptoms score and adverse effects were compared within and between groups before and after treatment. Results: 1.Overall clinical efficiency: P=0.008<0.05,which is statistically significant, suggesting that the overall TCM symptom efficacy of the dry lotus seed tea test group is better than that of the Man Yue Le control group.2.Comparison of dysmenorrhea scores: t=2.636 P=0.010<0.05,which is statistically significant, suggesting that the dry lotus seed tea test group is better than the Man Yue Le control group in improving dysmenorrhea.3.The difference was statistically significant, indicating that the dry lotus tea test group was more effective in reducing the symptoms of Chinese medicine than the Man Yue Le control group.4.group had better treatment effect than the Manuelle control group in the above aspects.Endometrial thickness: t=1.659 P=0.101>0.05,the difference is not statistically significant, indicating that the effect of the dry lotus tea test group in reducing endometrial thickness is not significantly different from that of the Manuelle control group.5.Safety comparison: adverse reactions: 20 cases(50%)of irregular vaginal bleeding,5 cases(12.5%)of breast pain and 3 cases(7.5%)of amenorrhea in the Manuelle control group.7.5%);in the Chinese medicine test group, there were mainly15 cases of amenorrhea(37.5%)and 10 cases of irregular vaginal bleeding(25%).Conclusion: The combination of the dry lotus and earth tea formula with the Manuelle ring can significantly reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea, reduce the size of the uterus,lower(CA125,FSH,LH values),reduce the menstrual flow, and lower the TCM symptom score in patients with adenomyosis caused by heat and blood stasis. The combination of Chinese and Western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of adenomyosis for patients with adenomyosis treated with the Manuelle ring.It reduces various physical discomforts such as menstrual pain and heavy menstrual flow, while reducing the adverse effects such as irregular vaginal bleeding and breast tenderness caused by the Manuelle ring. |
