Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yiyan No. 1 Prescription On Preventing Postoperative Infection Of Mixed Hemorrhoids (wind-injured Intestinal Collateral Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhiyan Yihao decoction in preventing postoperative incision infection of mixed hemorrhoids with wind injury and intestinal collaterals syndrome and to provide reference for the clinical drug regimen of antibacterial drugs after hemorrhoids.Methods: 60 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids with wind injury and intestinal collaterals syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups underwent external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.On the basis of the same routine treatment after operation,the observation group was treated with Zhiyan Yihao Decoction orally,1 dose a day,divided into 2 times,for 7 consecutive days.In the control group,2.0 g of cefoxitin + 100 m L of 0.9% sodium chloride solution was administered intravenously,once every 12 hours,for 5 consecutive days.The changes of body temperature,WBC,CRP,infection index scores on the 0th,4th,and 7th days after operation,postoperative wound infection rate,hospitalization time,recovery time,overall curative effect,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis to compare whether there were differences between the two groups of data,and the conclusion was drawn.Results: There was no case dropout in the two groups during the treatment period.(1)There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of gender,age,course of disease,and number of incisions(P>0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in postoperative body temperature,CRP,infection rate,hospital stay,recovery time,overall curative effect,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in WBC values between the two groups on the 0th,4th,and 7th days after operation(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the infection index scores on the 0th day after operation(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the infection index scores between the two groups on the 4th,and 7th days after operation(P<0.05),and the observation group(Zhiyan Yihao decoction group)was significantly lower than the control group(cefoxitin group).Conclusion: Zhiyan Yihao decoction is equivalent to antibiotics in preventing postoperative infection after combined hemorrhoids with wind injury and intestinal collaterals syndrome,and is significantly better than cefoxitin in relieving postoperative redness,swelling and pain of local incision.The clinical efficacy of Zhiyan Yihao decoction is positive,and there is no adverse drug reaction.It can replace antibiotics to prevent postoperative infection of mixed hemorrhoids with wind injury and intestinal collaterals syndrome.
