Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Radiation Enteritis With Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined With Moxibustio

Objective:In the treatment of radiation enteritis,Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with moxibustion is used to determine its curative effect through observation,which provides a basis for clinical application and also provides a reference for experimental research.Methods:In this study,52 patients with radiation enteritis were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of their first admission.The patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and combined moxibustion,while the patients in the control group were treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The patients in the two groups continued to take oral Chinese medicine regularly every day.The patients in the treatment group were treated with moxibustion once a day for 7 days as a course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses,KPS efficacy score,clinical efficacy and overall efficiency,and detailed records of patients with adverse reactions.Result:(1)KPS score:The scores of the two groups before treatment were compared,and the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05);the scores of the two groups after treatment were compared,and the results showed significant differences(P<0.05).It is suggested that the combined treatment method is more effective.In the comparison within the group,the scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and the results showed significant differences(P<0.05).(2)TCM symptom score:The scores of the two groups were compared,and the results before treatment were similar(P>0.05);the scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared,and the results showed significant differences,suggesting that the treatment group has better treatment effects;In the comparison within the group,the scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and the results showed significant differences(P<0.05).It can be seen that the treatment methods used in the two groups are all effective,can clearly improve the health of the patients,have certain application value,and the effect of the treatment group is more obvious.(3)Curative effect and total effective rate:Calculate the total effective rate of the treatment group,the result is 92.3%,and calculate the total effective rate of the control group,the result is 80.7%,which is relatively higher than the treatment group,and the two groups use different There is a difference in the final curative effect of the treatment method,and this difference is more obvious(P<0.05),and the treatment group has achieved better results,suggesting that the method adopted is more effective.(4)The safety of the drug was evaluated:there was no obvious adverse reaction in the vital signs of the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:the clinical efficacy of oral Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of patients with radiation enteritis is better than that of oral Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction alone.
