Clinical Study On Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined With Escitalopram In The Treatment Of Depression Mental Malaise Of Heart Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with escitalopram in the intervention of depression with mental malaise of heart spleen deficiency type,evaluate the safety and effectiveness of this treatment method,and clarify the feasibility of diagnosis and treatment from the perspective of traditional syndrome differentiation combined with mental disorder based on the principle of combination of form and spirit,To provide clinical reference for the treatment of depression.Methods:64 depressive patients with mental malaise of heart spleen deficiency type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 patients in each group.The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine granule Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with western medicine escitalopram,and the control group was given western medicine escitalopram for an 8-week course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patients in the two groups were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),self-made traditional Chinese medicine syndrome heart and spleen deficiency scale and traditional Chinese medicine mental malaise evaluation scale.After the treatment,the score data were collected and the statistical software spss26 was used 0for analysis.Results:1.General data: there was no difference in gender,age and course of disease between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2.Judgment of curative effect of Western medicine: there were 32 cases in the control group.After treatment,the total effective rate was 78.13%and the obvious healing rate was 37.50%.There were 32 cases in the experimental group.After treatment,the total effective rate was 87.50%and the significant healing rate was 71.88%.The effective rate and significant healing rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The HAMD-17 score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Judgment of curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the control group after treatment was 68.75%,and the significant healing rate was 25%.The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was 93.75%,and the significant healing rate was 62.50%.The effective rate and significant healing rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The score of heart and spleen deficiency syndrome scale in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Judgment of curative effect of mental disorder state of traditional Chinese medicine: the total effective rate of the control group after treatment was 71.88%,and the obvious healing rate was 34.38%.The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was 90.63%,and the obvious healing rate was 65.63%.The effective rate and obvious healing rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.After treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of depression,emotional instability,fatigue,inattention,slow thinking,hesitation and endless defecation(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in head pain between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with citalopram has obvious advantages over escitalopram in improving the total effective rate of the disease,the total score of TCM syndrome score table and some factors.2.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with escitalopram can effectively reduce the scores of hadm-17,heart and spleen deficiency scale of TCM syndrome and mental depression scale of TCM.3.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can alleviate the side effects of citalopram and reduce its adverse reactions.
