Clinical Study On Baihe Gujin Decoction Plus Other Ingredients In The Prevention And Treatment Of Radiation Pneumonitis In Non-small Cell Lung Cance

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Baihe Gujin Decoction for prevention and treatment of radiation pneumonitis in non-small cell lung cancer.Method:According to the principle of randomized control,60 patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 cases each.The control group was given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,and the treatment group was given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy+Baihe Gujin Decoction until the radiotherapy plan was completed.Observe and compare the relative detection indexes of RP incidence,symptoms and CT image grading,RP appearance time,serum CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and TGF-β1 levels,TCM symptom score,KPS score,etc.before and after radiotherapy and then evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups,all data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software.Results:1.The incidence,symptoms and CT image grading of the two groups:the incidence of RP in the treatment group after radiotherapy was 30%,which was significantly lower than 56.7%in the control group;and the incidence of severe RP in the treatment group was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.The appearance time of RP in two groups:RP appeared in the treatment group(46.78±17.20)days,while the control group was(33.94 ± 17.78)days(P<0.05).3.Serum CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and TGF-β1 levels in the two groups:the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and TGF-β1 in the treatment group after radiotherapy were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.TCM symptom scores of the two groups:the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%(25 cases),the effective rate of the control group was 50.0%(15 cases),and the TCM symptom score of the treatment group after radiotherapy was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of quality of life between the two groups:the effective rate of improvement in the KPS score of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%of the control group,and the KPS score of the treatment group after radiotherapy was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of safety and adverse reactions:there was no statistically significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were no adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion:1.Baihe Gujin Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and CT manifestations of RP,reduce the incidence and severity of RP,prolong the time of RP,reduce the content of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and TGF-β1,and improve the quality of life of patients with radiotherapy.2.Lily Gujin Decoction has no adverse reactions and is safe and effective.
