Camellia camellia is a small evergreen tree belonging to camellia.It is a unique woody oil species in south China and has a very long history of cultivation and utilization.It is known as one of the four largest woody oil plants in the world,together with olive,oil palm and coconut,and is also known as one of the four largest woody oil plants in China,together with Tallow,oil tung and walnut.According to statistics,more than 90% of the world’s camellia oil production comes from China.Camellia camellia is an evergreen broad-leaved tree species,which does not compete with crops such as grain and cotton for cultivated land,which is conducive to giving full play to the resource effect of marginal land and solving the contradiction of rigid shortage of national cultivated land resources.Also can be used as green ecological protection forest,has significant ecological benefits;The whole body of camellia oil is treasure,its edible,medicinal,chemical and other uses,has high economic value;The camellia industry is strong both in agriculture and labor,and can be regarded as one of the leading industries of the local economy in the main producing areas of camellia in central and western China.It can promote farmers’ income and employment and has become one of the important ways to get rid of poverty in many poor areas of China.Camellia oil has such an important strategic position,but in the camellia industry agricultural science and technology service capacity is weak.Based on this,Shaoyang County,in order to achieve sustainable development,uses ecological geographical conditions to plant oil tea.This paper takes this as the background,through consulting historical documents related to the local oil tea industry,combined with the basic situation of Shaoyang County,the development status of oil tea industry and related theories supported by agricultural science and technology,using SWOT PEST analysis method,The paper systematically analyzes all aspects of the development of oil tea industry in Shaoyang County,and finds that the development of oil tea industry in Shaoyang County has the advantages of national and local government policy support,brand effect formation,long planting history,digital platform abbreviation.Some villages and towns do not pay attention to it,lack of capital investment,environmental damage caused by mineral development,slow development of oil tea processing technology,low utilization rate of science and technology of some forestry farmers,low mechanization of oil tea production,low degree of intensification,comprehensive utilization level is not high,there are also opportunities such as national policy support and large market demand.However,there are also challenges to the reorganization of oil tea forest and enterprises,large investment in oil tea planting,lack of standard system,and historical legacy problems.Analyze advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.Use AHP to construct a judgment matrix for influencing factors,calculate the weight to construct an analysis matrix,and on this basis,Put forward to promote shaoyang county oil tea science and technology support development strategic framework and development countermeasures,including careful organization,to ensure the sustainable development of oil tea industry;Accelerate research and development,and strive to improve the technological content of the oil tea industry;Actively support and vigorously strengthen the policy input of oil tea industry;Innovation mode,grasp the marketization direction of oil tea industry.
