The Ecological And Economic Risk Assessment Of Andrias Daxidianus Resource Industry In Zhangjiajie Under The Background Of Ecological Civilization Construction

In 2015,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued opinions on accelerating the construction of ecological civilization,demanding the path of sustainable development of ecological economic construction and ensuring the coordinated development of economy-society-resource-environment.As an important industry in Zhangjiajie,the Andrias davidianus resource-based industry is facing both opportunities and challenges.Especially in recent years,diseases,large-scale breeding technology,market,ecology and other factors in Zhangjiajie Andrias davidianus resource-based industry have threatened the ecological and economic development of Andrias davidianus resource-based industry.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the ecological economic risk factors in the eco-economy of Andrias davidianus resource-based industry in Zhangjiajie,which is of great significance to reduce the industrial ecological economic risk and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.In this paper,based on the risk assessment theory,combined with the current situation of the development of Andrias davidianus resource-based industry in Zhangjiajie,identify key industrial risk factors,and constructs the industrial risk evaluation index system,using the combination method to determine index weight,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to get the overall risk level of Andrias davidianus resource-based industry.According to the ecological economic risk level,the corresponding prevention and control measures are taken.The results are as follows:(1)Analysis on the status quo of Andrias davidianus resource-based industry in Zhangjiajie.This paper studies the development status of the Andrias davidianus industry in Zhangjiajie from such aspects as artificial cultivation,regional competition,industrial organization mode,analysis of dominant enterprises,market analysis,industrial chain and industrial policy environment.The research shows that : the scale of cultivation of Andrias davidianus resource industry in Zhangjiajie keeps expanding;the government introduces various industrial policies to invest in the standardized and large-scale breeding of Andrias davidianus leading enterprises;the integration between the Andrias davidianus industry and tourism is deepening;the salamander industry in the surrounding area develops rapidly and the regional competition is fierce.industrial organization mode transforms from single farming household to "company + enterprise+ farmers" mode.(2)Construction of ecological economic risk assessment system for Andrias davidianus resource-based industry in Zhangjiajie.Through field investigation and visit,20 key risk factors of Andrias davidianus resource industry were identified bycomprehensive ecological economic risk identification method.On this basis,the index system of ecological economic risk factors is established.Based on the data of resource-based industry development of Andrias davidianus in Zhangjiajie,and according to the subordinate value of risk factors in ecological economic risk assessment of resource-based industry of Andrias davidianus,five risk grade criteria are divided.The subordinate value of risk is in the range of [0,20],in the range of(20,40],in the range of(40,60],in the range of(60,80],in the range of low risk,in the range of[80,100].On this basis,ecological economic risk development level of resource-based industry of Andrias davidianus in Zhangjiajie was obtained.(3)Ecological economic risk assessment of the development of Andrias davidianus resource industry in Zhangjiajie.The subordinate degree of market risk factor is 72.62,which belongs to higher-risk industry factor;the subordinate degree of technology risk factor is 68.07,which belongs to higher-risk industry factor;the subordinate degree of ecological risk factor is 68.025,which belongs to higher-risk industry factor;and the subordinate degree of social risk factor is 66.304,which belongs to higher-risk industry factor.The final risk evaluation score of Andrias davidianus,resource-based industry is78.745,which is a high risk on the whole.Therefore,the ecological economic risk prevention and control measures should be taken.According to the evaluation results of the ecological economic risk of Andrias davidianus resource-based industry in Zhangjiajie,the countermeasures are put forward as follows :strengthening the prevention and treatment of the disease of Andrias davidianus and optimizing and popularizing the bionic breeding technology of Andrias davidianus;strengthen the propaganda and promotion of Andrias davidianus products,and build the brand of Andrias davidianus in Zhangjiajie;optimize the structure of employees and fishery resources;expand investment channels for Andrias davidianus,and actively encourage private capital and foreign capital to invest in the Andrias davidianus industry;relying on the advantages of Zhangjiajie as an international tourism city,we actively explore the combination of the production,processing and sales of the products of Andrias davidianus in Zhangjiajie and the tourism products of this region,so as to realize the integrated development of the industry and tourism of Andrias davidianus in Zhangjiajie.
