Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Animal Husbandry Development In Horqin Distric

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a strategy for rural revitalization and development,providing policy guidance for consolidating the foundation of agriculture,improving farmers’ living standards,and promoting high-quality agriculture.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the government will formulate policies that benefit farmers and farmers every year.At the same time,it has also stated that it is necessary to continuously improve the support policies for animal husbandry production,encourage the masses to breed beef cattle,beef sheep,promote the healthy development of the breeding and breeding industry,and create large-scale standardized breeding demonstration bases.In recent years,the government of Horqin District has adhered to the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing",and strived to solve the development problems of traditional animal husbandry based on the principle of increasing farmers’ income and promoting the industrialization of animal husbandry.Currently,the animal husbandry industry in Horqin District has experienced partial improvement and stable development of comprehensive production capacity,but still faces low scale development,serious pollution,and insufficient funds.It is of great significance to study the development of animal husbandry in Horqin District and promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry in Horqin District.Using literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and field research methods,guided by sustainable development theory and circular economy theory,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and countermeasures of animal husbandry development in Horqin District.The study found that currently,Horqin District has a superior development environment in the development of animal husbandry,and has achieved certain results in animal husbandry products,animal husbandry output,and animal husbandry income.However,there are still some problems in the development,mainly manifested in the small scale of animal husbandry,relatively serious production pollution issues,incomplete epidemic prevention system,and short and incomplete industrial chain.The main reasons are due to weak industrialization development capacity,backward aquaculture models and pollution control technology,weak prevention and control level and regulatory capacity,and insufficient capital investment.In order to promote the steady development of animal husbandry in Horqin District,this article,while drawing on successful experiences at home and abroad,focuses on solving existing problems,and proposes solutions in expanding the scale of animal husbandry,promoting new farming models and pollution control technologies,establishing and improving the animal husbandry epidemic prevention system,and improving the fund supply capacity of animal husbandry.Through research,the development of animal husbandry in Horqin District can be resolved,while providing useful reference for the development of animal husbandry in other regions.
