As a traditional Chinese medicinal material widely used in China,Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang has a variety of medicinal values and clinical applications. However, there will be significant continuous cropping obstacles in the planting and production of Rhizoma Corydalis, which will significantly reduce its yield and quality. In order to alleviate and solve the obstacles in the continuous cropping of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang and improve the quality and yield of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.Therefore,through the research method of dynamic detection of pot simulation experiment, using the soil of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang continuously cropping for one year as the cultivation substrate as the research object, adding different silkworm sand organic fertilizer, observing and measuring multiple indexes of the rhizosphere soil and plants of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang in different periods,to explore the effects of silkworm sand organic fertilizer on the growth and quality of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang continuously cropping. The main research results are as follows:(1)After continuous cropping, the root soil of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang had significant changes compared with the soil of the first year of planting, and the organic carbon content in the soil was significantly reduced compared with that of the first year of planting group. However, after additional application of silkworm sand organic fertilizer, all treatment groups showed an increasing trend with the increase of silkworm sand concentration, and the increase of silkworm sand concentration in S4(4.5 g/kg silkworm sand organic fertilizer)group had the highest increase in organic matter content. The available components in continuous cropping soil were generally lower than those in the first cropping group, and the content of silkworm sand could be significantly increased after the application of organic fertilizer. The change of PH in the soil of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang decreased with the increase of silkworm sand organic fertilizer application, which provided a more stable growth environment for Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.For soil enzyme activities in the roots of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang,catalase,urease,sucrase and phosphatase in the continuous cropping group were not affected by two consecutive years of planting. On the whole, two consecutive years of planting had a certain promotion effect on four soil enzyme activities in the soil of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang,and the application of silkworm sand organic fertilizer further significantly increased. The heavy metal content in continuous cropping soil accumulated a certain amount compared with that in the first year of planting. After increasing the application of organic fertilizer in silkworm sand, the heavy metal content could be effectively reduced at all concentrations.(2)This study showed that the chlorophyll content in the leaves of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang at the flowering stage of continuous cropping was significantly decreased compared with that in the first cropping group, and the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotene in the leaves were significantly increased after additional application of silkworm sand organic fertilizer. The contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in the continuous cropping group were affected by continuous cropping obstacle, and significantly decreased compared with the first cropping group. In the treatment group with the increase of organic fertilizer concentration, the POD in leaves did not show the influence of two consecutive years planting, and the S1(0 g/kg silkworm sand organic fertilizer)group had a certain increase compared with the first cropping group. The change trend of SOD and CAT was the same after increasing application of organic fertilizer. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the continuous cropping group was significantly accumulated compared with that in the first cropping group, and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the continuous cropping group was significantly decreased after additional application of silkworm sand fertilizer. On the whole, the activities of soluble protein and soluble sugar in the leaves of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang were significantly decreased after two consecutive years of planting. After the application of silkworm sand organic fertilizer, the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar in the leaves were not significantly increased with low concentration of silkworm sand organic fertilizer, but the contents were significantly increased with the increase of organic fertilizer concentration.(3)Continuous cropping significantly reduced the yield of Corydalis, resulting in a significant impact on the value of planting.Adding silkworm sand organic fertilizer could effectively increase the yield of Corydalis in each continuous cropping treatment group, and the yield of Corydalis in S4 treatment group increased the most.As for the content index of total alkaloids, the most important indicator of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang,the change trend was the same as that of yield index. The content of total alkaloids in continuous cropping group decreased significantly compared with that in the first cropping group. After adding organic fertilizer to silkworm sand, the content of total alkaloids gradually increased with the increase of organic fertilizer concentration, and the concentration of total alkaloids in S4 treatment group increased the highest, but there was a significant difference compared with the first cropping group. However,in the heavy metal safety evaluation, the content of each treatment group was within the range of safety index, and continuous planting resulted in heavy metal content accumulation of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang to some extent. After adding silkworm sand organic fertilizer, the heavy metal content of continuous cropping of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang was effectively alleviated under each concentration treatment group,so as to ensure its medicinal value and safety. The results showed that the growth and development of Corydalis are affected by continuous planting, and the yield and available substance content of Corydalis decreased significantly. In general, the continuous cropping obstacles of Corydalis could be effectively improved after increasing the application of silkworm sand organic fertilizer.According to multiple indexes of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang,soil enzyme activity was not affected by continuous cropping obstacles, and the recycling of other indexes in soil was significantly affected, which reduced soil fertility and hindered soil material cycling. In addition, the element absorption of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang was favorable, which further intensified the antagonism between soil elements. And finally affect the yield and quality of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.In summary, after increasing the application of silkworm sand organic fertilizer, the soil environment can be improved, the accumulation of organic matter in the soil can be increased, the physical properties of many soils can be improved, and the enzyme activity of soil conducive to the crop growth can be improved,so that the comprehensive effect of soil can be improved.According to the relative ratio of various indexes of each treatment group, the S4(4.5 g/kg silkworm sand organic fertilizer)treatment group had the best improvement effect on the continuous cropping obstacle of Corydalis. Therefore, for the subsequent large-scale planting of Corydalis, adding 4.5g/kg silkworm sand organic fertilizer can effectively increase the quality.
