Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Oligospermia Of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Type With Local Distal Acupuncture

Objective: Acupuncture at Guan Yuan,Zhong Ji,bilateral Zu Sanli and bilateral San Yinjiao acupoints with the method of acupoint selection with the combination of Ju Yuan and Zhong Ji was used to treat male oligozoospermia and hypospermia with the deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.The clinical indexes such as semen quality(total sperm activity,forward motility,sperm concentration,and survival sperm rate),pregnancy rate of spouse and TCM syndrome before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the method of acupoint selection with the combination of Ju Yuan and Zhong Ji in the treatment of oligozoospermia and hypospermia with the deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.Methods: According to the research purpose,84 clinical cases meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group(42 cases)and western medicine control group(42 cases).The acupuncture treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Guan Yuan,Zhong Ji,bilateral Zu Sanli and bilateral San Yinjiao,while the western medicine control group was treated with oral levocarnitine oral solution.The treatment time of both groups was 1 month.The total sperm vitality,forward motility,sperm concentration,survival sperm rate,follow-up spouse pregnancy rate and TCM syndrome score of the two groups of clinical cases were observed before and after treatment,and the statistical analysis was performed with SPSS25.0 software,to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of oligospermia and asthenospermia of spleen and kidney yang deficiency with the method of acupuncture at the point of Juyuan matching.Results:1.General Situation: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,there were 42 patients in the acupuncture treatment group,5 patients failed to complete the test and were eliminated,and 37 patients finally obtained the test data;There were 42 patients in the western medicine control group,3 of whom failed to complete the test and were eliminated.Finally,39 patients obtained the test data.2.Baseline Difference: There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age,medical history,semen quality before treatment,TCM syndrome score and safety indicators(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups.3.Semen Quality(1)The total sperm activity(PR+NP)of patients in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group and the western medicine control group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the therapeutic effect of the acupuncture treatment group was significantly better than that of the western medicine control group(P<0.05);(2)Both the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group and the western medicine control group significantly improved the sperm forward motility(PR)of patients(P<0.05);Compared with the two groups,the therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment group was significantly better than that of western medicine control group(P<0.05);(3)Both the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group and the western medicine control group significantly improved the survival sperm rate of patients(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the treatment effect of the acupuncture treatment group was better than that of the western medicine control group(P<0.05).(4)Both the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group and the western medicine control group significantly increased the sperm concentration of patients(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the treatment methods between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Clinical Effect: the clinical effective rate of acupuncture treatment group was83.78%;The clinical effective rate of western medicine control group was 66.67%;The clinical effect of acupuncture treatment group was better than that of western medicine control group(P<0.05).5.TCM Syndrome Integral: acupuncture treatment group can significantly reduce TCM syndrome integral(P<0.05),while western medicine control group has no change in TCM syndrome integral(P>0.05).6.Safety Indicators: the safety indicators of patients in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group and the western medicine control group did not change before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of oligozoospermia and asthenospermia of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type with acupuncture at the point of Ju Yuan matching can significantly improve the semen quality of patients with oligozoospermia and asthenospermia(total sperm activity,forward motility,sperm concentration,and survival sperm rate),and improve the clinical effect;2.Acupuncture at the point of local distance matching can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of oligozoospermia of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with waist and knee soreness,lethargy,chills and chills.
