Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion On Generalized Anxiety Disorder Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Type Based On The Theory Of "Emotion And Will" In Neijing

Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type by evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion compared with buspirone hydrochloride tablets,and to provide clinical basis and treatment ideas for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of GAD.Methods:Guided by the theory of will,pay attention to the influence of viscera function on the spirit of will,and coordinate mind and body.This study enrolled eligible 66 patients with GAD of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type were randomly divided into the observation group(treated with acupuncture and moxibustion)33 cases and the control group(treated with buspirone hydrochloride tablets)33 cases treated for 4 weeks.The integral changes of the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and TCM Syndrome Scale before and after treatment were observed and compared statistically.Results:The HAMA score and SAS score of patients in the observation group and the control group all decreased significantly(p<0.01)after 4 weeks of treatment,and there was no significant difference(p>0.05)between the two groups,both of which could improve the anxiety of patients,and the efficacy was comparable.The scores of TCM syndrome scale in the observation group and the control group were significantly decreased(p<0.01).The observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of chills,cold limbs,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue,poor appetite,frequent urination,and stool(p<0.01).The overall efficacy of TCM was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.09%,which was higher than that of the control group 73.33%(p<0.05).There was no significant abnormality in the safety indexes of the two groups.Conclusions:In reducing the psychiatric symptoms of GAD,both the observation group and the control group were effective.The observation group can relieve the psychiatric symptoms of GAD patients,and at the same time,it can better improve their somatic symptoms,and coordinate mind and body.The effect is more significant.
