ObjectiveBy observing the effect of Qingtong teabag on opioid-related constipation(excessive heat type)related symptoms,quality of life,pain score and safety analysis in patients with cancer pain,to evaluate Qingtong teabag in the treatment of opioids The curative effect of related constipation(opioid induced constipation,OIC),so as to provide an objective basis for the treatment of OIC with Qingtong teabags.MethodsSelected 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria from the Inpatient Department of Tumor District 2,Guangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and divided them into a treatment group and a control group with 32 people in each group according to the random grouping method.Two intervention methods were given: Qingtong teabag baked service and Kaisailu plug anus.The treatment cycle is 10 days.TCM syndrome scores,constipation patient self-assessment scale(PAC-SYM),and constipation patient quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)were used as curative effect evaluation indicators to understand the efficacy of Qingtong bag.Efficacy of tea on OIC.The data was analyzed and processed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software,and the changes and differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the curative effect of Qingtong teabags was evaluated.Results1.Baseline comparison between the two groups before treatment: There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,and proportion of diseases between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.TCM syndrome score: There was no significant difference in the score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and the score after treatment was lower than before,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the curative effect better than the control group.In the analysis of specific individual symptoms,the improvement of dry stool and red urine in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),although the improvement of symptoms such as abdominal pain,dry mouth and bad breath was not significantly better than that of the control group.difference(P>0.05),but there is still a significant effect compared with before treatment.3.PAC-SYM score: There was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,indicating Qingtong teabags have better curative effect on OIC patients’ stool properties,rectal symptoms,and abdominal symptoms than Kaisailu anus.4.PAC-QOL score: before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before,and there was statistical significance(P>0.05).It is lower,indicating that Qingtong teabags can improve the quality of life of OIC patients better than Kaisailu anus.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was90.63%,and that of the control group was 67.75%.There was a significant statistical difference between the two before and after treatment(P<0.05).It shows that the total effective rate of Qingtong teabag in the treatment of OIC is better than that of Kaisailu anus.ConclusionQingtong tea bag has a definite curative effect on OIC,can effectively improve the symptoms of opioid-related constipation in cancer patients,and improve their quality of life,and the effect is better than that of Kaisailu anus. |
