Study On Drug Rule And Clinical Efficacy Of Diabetic Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Objective: By using data mining technique,the relative literatures about the treatment of diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion by TCM were analyzed and analyzed in 30 years.The combination of high frequency drugs was used to observe the clinical efficacy of this prescription(Qi replenishment and Blood circulation soup)in treating patients with arteriosclerosis occlusion of lower extremity of diabetes mellitus with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:By searching for the key words "diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion" and "traditional Chinese medicine",we collected the relevant literature on the treatment of diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion by traditional Chinese medicine,which was published for 30 years(1987-2017)in Wanfang database and CNKI full text database,and selected the data to meet the requirements.The results are presented in the form of data analysis,such as charts,and the rules of the group and the core drug combinations are explored.The combination of high frequency drugs was added and subtracted into a formula,and 30 examples were selected for patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion of diabetes mellitus with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.After 2 courses of treatment,the changes of clinical syndromes,ankle brachial index(ABI)and fibrinogen levels were observed.Results:A total of 71 literatures were selected,73 effective prescriptions were used,123 flavors were used and 723 frequency times were used.In the drug classification,the most effective medicine was filled up to 214 times,followed by activating blood and removing blood stasis.In the medicine property,the most widespread use of thermogenic drugs are gan,ku,xin.The types of drugs used in the liver were the most common,followed by the spleen and the heart.The core drug combinations are chuan xiong,earthworm,red paeony,angelica,achyranthes,astragalus.After clinical observation and comparison,there was a significant improvement in the levels of ankle brachial index(ABI)and fibrinogen in patients treated with this method.Conclusion:It is not difficult to find out that the treatment of diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion has a variety of methods,but there is still a law.Group prescription to warm up Qi and blood,to remove blood stasis to make the menstrual.The drug on the choice supplements virtual medicine,activating blood and removing blood stasis medicine,and according to the specific situation of the patient add and subtract change.Through observation,this prescription has obvious curative effect on arteriosclerotic occlusion of lower limb of diabetes mellitus with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,especially it can significantly alleviate the cold limb fear,skin color paleness and short Qi weakness.
