Clinical Obserrvation Of Quxiling Prevention And Treatment Of Postoperative Recurrence Of Damp-Heat Type Colorectal Polyp

Objective : To explore the clinical efficacy of "Quxiling" in preventing and treating the recurrence of colorectal polyps after wet heat betting polyps,this scheme was designed to observe the effect of preventing recurrence after colorectal polypectomy and improve the degree of clinical symptoms of patients,and objectively analyze and evaluate its effect,so as to provide an objective scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence of colorectal polyps by traditional Chinese medicine in clinical medicine.Methods: In this study,70 patients who fully met the inclusion criteria were randomized into two groups,each treated for 12 weeks.The control group underwent colorectal polypectomy and routine treatment after surgery;The treatment group was given "Apnea" decoction(20g of astragalus,15 g of danshen,15 g of raw hawthorn,15 g of kudzu,15 g of skullcap,15 g of coix seed)on the basis of the control group,one dose per day,and 200 ml after breakfast and dinner.From the beginning of the trial,the TCM symptom score of the patient was observed daily,and the specific value was recorded during the colonoscopy review before treatment and 6months after surgery,and the recurrence rate of polyps,the change and comparison of TCM symptom score,and the comprehensive efficacy were counted and analyzed.The resulting statistics were analyzed using SPSS27.0.Results: 1.TCM symptom scores were recorded at enteroscopy review 6 months after surgery.According to the analysis of each symptom,there were statistical differences between the two groups in abdominal pain,abdominal distension,constipation,blood in stool,diarrhea,mucous stool,yellow and greasy tongue coating and posterior weight of Li and D after treatment respectively(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the control group and the treatment group were compared,and the P values were all less than0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.The time of re-examination colonoscopy was the 6th month after surgery,and the analysis showed that the recurrence rate of 6.06%in the treatment group was much lower than that of 30.30%in the treatment group,and the overall recurrence rate was 18.18%,and the recurrence rate of patients in the two groups could be obtained by Chi-square test to obtain P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.73%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.After taking "Aplastomy" for 12 weeks,the colonoscopy was reviewed 6 months after colorectal polypectomy,and the results showed that the TCM symptom score was lower than before treatment,which could improve clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of polyps.2.Apnea can effectively relieve the typical clinical symptoms of patients,including bloating,abdominal pain,unpleasant defecation,blood in the stool,diarrhea,bitter mouth,yellow tongue,and can quickly improve the systemic symptoms and signs of patients after colorectal polyp removal treatment,prevent its recurrence and the treatment effect is certain.3.The prevention and treatment of recurrence after colorectal polypectomy is proved to be a moist heat betting type polyp,which is safe and reliable,and has no toxic side effects.
