Objective: To investigate the correlation between early pregnancy hormone-Th cytokines and subchorionic hematoma in patients with early threatened abortion. Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,30 patients diagnosed with early threatened abortion and subchorionic hematoma(observation group)and 30 healthy normal pregnant women(control group)in the obstetrics department of our hospital were selected. The levels of hormones(β-h CG,P,E2),Th1 cytokines(IL-4,IL-6,IL-10)and Th2 cytokines(IL-2,IFN-γ,TNF-α)were detected by ELISA.The differences between the two groups were analyzed, and the correlation between the two groups was analyzed. Results: The levels of β-h CG,P,E2,IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The level of IL-6 in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).The levels of IL-2,IFN-γ and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The levels of early pregnancy hormone-Th cytokines in early threatened abortion patients with subchorionic hematoma are different from those in normal early pregnant women, and are related to the occurrence of subchorionic hematoma.
