| Objective: Through a randomized controlled study,this experiment aims to understand the fatigue of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,observe the clinical effect of Xiaofeiling Granule on fatigue syndrome after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and provide effective reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: From November 2021 to March 2022,a total of 108 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery of Shaoxing People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group;The control group received routine treatment after operation.On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group began to take Xiaofeiling granules orally on the first day after operation,6g each time,3 times a day.One week after operation is a course of treatment.Inflammatory indexes(IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,CRP,TNF-α)were measured before operation,on the 1st day after operation and on the first month after operation.Nutritional indicators(albumin,pre-protein),immune indicators(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M),number of immune cells(CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,CD4+T cells/CD8+T cells ratio,lymphocyte count),statistics of fatigue score scale at each time period and recording of their scores,data collection and collation using Excel software,graphing using Graph Pad 8 software,statistical analysis using SPSS25.0 software.Results:(1)In this study,there was no significant difference between the two groups in general data of age and sex(P>0.05),which was comparable.There was no statistically significant difference in the fatigue scores of the two groups before operation(P>0.05),which was comparable.The fatigue scores of the two groups were significantly higher on the first day after the operation than before the operation(P<0.05).The fatigue score of the patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the first month after operation(P<0.05).(2)The indexes of IL-2 and IL-4 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the first month after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α and CRP between the two groups on the 1st day and the first month after operation(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the nutritional indicators(albumin,pre-protein)and immune indicators(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M)on the 1st day and the first month after operation(P>0.05).In the number of immune cells,the lymphocyte count of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that patients in the control group on the first day after operation(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the ratio of CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and CD4+T cells/CD8+T cells between the two groups on the 1st day and the first month after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion: All patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy have fatigue symptoms.According to the measurement of two groups of patients’ fatigue scale(FSS),it is suggested that Xiaopiling Granule can effectively alleviate the fatigue degree of patients 1 month after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,improve the level of inflammatory indicators IL-2 and IL-4,and increase the lymphocyte count level of patients,but it has no significant effect on the nutritional indicators of patients.It shows that Xiaopiling granule has a certain clinical effect on improving the fatigue state of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
