Clinical Study Of Jieyu Tiaozhong Decoction For Treatment Of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis(Liver And Stomach Stagnation Heat Combined With Spleen Deficiency)

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Jieyu Tiaozhong Decoction in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis(liver and stomach stagnation heat combined with spleen deficiency),objectively evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and preliminarily explore the medication theory of Jieyu Tiaozhong Decoction and provide clinical basis.MethodsIn this study,a completely randomized,positive control design was adopted,and 66 patients with PBRG(syndrome of stagnation heat of liver and stomach combined with spleen deficiency)were collected and divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1.Experimental group: Jieyu Tiaozhong Decoction no-decoction granules orally,control group: magnesium aluminum carbonate chewable tablets orally,both groups took medicine for 4 weeks.Objective evaluation was made on the efficacy of TCM syndromes,bile reflux and mucous membrane signs under gastroscopy,an xiety and depression,and evaluation of drug safety and long-term efficacy.Statistical results were processed by SPSS26.0 system.ResultsGeneral information before treatment: there was no statistical significance in age,gender,course of disease,body weight,tongue and pulse between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable and consistent with the characteristics of more middle-aged patients,larger body weight base,and more women than men.The pathological pulse and tongue were consistent with the syndromic characteristics of stagnation of heat in liver and stomach combined with spleen deficiency.Evaluation of each curative effect after treatment:(1)Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.50%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The experimental group was better than the contr ol group in improving TCM syndromes.(2)Evaluation of TCM syndrome integral efficacy: The experimental group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of "stomach burning pain","pantothenic acid","side and side full of bored om","appetite loss","bitter mouth","noisy","irritability and irritability","short yellow urine","difficult stool",all P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,in dicating that in alleviating TCM syndrome of Jiyu Tiaozhong Decoction regulation more advantages;The effects of "belching","heartburn" and "fatigue" in the experim ental group and the control group were similar,and the Pvalues were all > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(3)Evaluation of the efficacy of bile reflux: After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 87.5% in the experimental group and 73.33% in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The experimental group was better than the control group in improving the efficacy of bile reflux under gastroscopy.(4)Evaluation of the efficacy of gastric mucosal inflammation: After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 78.13% in the experimental group and 70.00% in the control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the experimental group achieved a significant effect in improving gastric mucosal inf lammation.(5)Efficacy evaluation of anxiety and depression: before and after treatment,SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were reduced,and the test group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05.Conclusion(1)Jieyu Tiaozhong Decoction can relieve anxiety and depression in patients with primary bile reflux gastritis of liver and stomach depression combined with spleen deficiency to a certain extent,and it is better than magnesium aluminum carbonate chewable tablets in reducing SAS score and SDS score.(2)Jieyu Tiao Zhong decoction can improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of primary bile reflux gastritis(liver and stomach stasis heat and spleen deficiency type)patients,in improving the "stomach burning pain","pantothenic acid","full of pressure","appetite loss","bitter mouth","noisy","irritability and irritability","short yellow urine","difficult stool" and other symptoms than aluminum magnesium carbonate chewable tablets;"Belching","heartburn" and "fatigue" were equally eff ective.(3)Jieyu Tiaozhong Decoction can relieve bile reflux and gastric mucosa inflammation in patients with primary bile reflux gastritis,and it is better than magnesium aluminum carbonate chewable tablets;(4)Jieyu Tiaozhong Decoction has high safety in the treatment of PBRG,and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
