Effect Of Qizhi Yishen Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Membranous Nephropathy With Hypercoagulable State Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

ObjectiveBy observing the curative effect of Qizhiyishen decoction on primary membranous nephropathy with hypercoagulable qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,further study on the safety of Qizhi Yishen decoction on the prevention and treatment of primary membranous nephropathy with hypercoagulable lesions plays a significant role in preventing thromboembolism,improving prognosis and quality of life,and providing theoretical basis for its continued clinical treatment and clinical application.Methods1.Ninety outpatients and inpatients who attended the Department of Nephrology I of Shanxi Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to November 2022 and all met the adopted criteria for Chinese and Western medicine were chosen.The patients were split into matched group and treatment group by randomized control method.2.Both groups were treated with the standard regimen of basic treatment combined with prednisolone acetate tablets + cyclosporine soft capsules.Patients took0.5 mg/kg/d of prednisolone acetate tablets orally in the morning and 3 mg/kg/d of cyclosporine soft capsules orally in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.In the control group,dipyridamole was added,and in the treatment group,the Chinese herbal Qizhi Yishen decoction was added on top of the control group.The observation period was 12 weeks in both groups.3.The 24-hour urine protein quantification(24h UTP),plasma albumin(ALB),lipid levels(the total cholesterol(TCH),triglycerides(TG)as well as the low-density lipoprotein(LDL)),at that the coagulation indexes(activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB))with D-dimer0(DD)the following platelet count(PLT)were observed in the two group Platelet count(PLT)and TCM evidence score,for statistical data analysis and safety evaluation.Results1.After the study,the 24 h UTP,ALB,PLT,DD,coagulation indexes(APTT,FIB,PT)and lipid levels(TCH,TG,LDL)of patients in both groups were observed to have improved compared to those before treatment(P < 0.05)and the treatment group is outperform the match group(P < 0.05),in addition,the decrease The 24-hour UTP and TCH values in the treatment group were significantly better than the values in the control group.(P < 0.01).2.At the end of the trial,the TCM symptom marks of both the groups were viewed to have enhanced,and there was a statistically remarkable significant variation between the groups(P<0.01),and the symptom scores of the hypercoagulable state in membranous nephropathy of the treatment group were online at control group after treatment(P<0.05).3.At the end of the experiment,by comparing the usefulness of Chinese medicine conditions from start to finish treatment between the two groups,the overall productive rate was 74.41% in the control group and 90.91% in the treatment group,and the treatment group was substantial raised than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).4.At the end of the experiment,by comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the overall productive rate of the control group was 72.09%and the treatment group was 93.18%,the overall productive rate of the two groups was noticeably better than that of the control group(P<0.01).5.The mainly life signs of the sick in the matched group and the therapeutic group were reposeful,and there were no evident anomalies in the safety index such as hepatic function and renal function and so on.Only 2 patients in the matched group had whirl and head achy at the beginning of the treatment.Conclusions1.Qizhi Yishen decoction is suitable for the treatment of PMN patients with hypercoagulable state of Qi asthenia and blood stagnation,which can not only improve coagulation function,reduce the toxic side effects of hormones,but also reduce proteinuria and significantly relieve clinical symptoms.2.Qizhi Yishen decoction is suitable for the treatment of primary membranous nephropathy with hypercoagulable state of qi deficiency and blood stasis without adverse reactions,indicating that its curative effect is exact and the method is safe.
