Clinical Study Of Wenyang Tongyu Decoction On Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Gynecological Malignant Tumor In Hypercoagulable State

Objective:To explore the value of traditional Chinese medicine in hypercoagulable state of gynecological malignant tumor,objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Tongyu Decoction on hypercoagulable state of gynecological malignant tumor and evaluate its safety,Through the research of this subject,we can provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Method:According to the inclusion criteria,50 patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were included,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases in each group,The control group was treated with Xuesaitong Soft Capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Wenyang Tongyu decoction.The two groups were treated with 14 days for 1 courses,the control group and the treatment group were observed for 1 courses.After one course of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,coagulation function index,QOL score and other related indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,Then SPSS 25.0was used for statistical analysis to judge the treatment effect of the two groups and get the research results.Results:1.TCM syndrome curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was88%,while that of the control group was 64%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was higher than the control group in terms of drug efficacy.2.Coagulation function index: there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).3.Quality of life score: after treatment,the QOL scores of the two groups were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life of patients.4.Safety evaluation: in the process of clinical research,the safety indexes(blood routine,liver function,renal function,ECG)of the two groups were not significantly abnormal,and there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P > 0.05).During the treatment,the vital signs of the patients were not found clinically significant abnormalities,and there were no obvious adverse reactions and serious complications.It shows that the design of this clinical study is safe and reliable.Conclusion:Wenyang Tongyu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type of gynecological malignant tumor in hypercoagulable state,improve the quality of life of patients,and has good safety,has certain clinical value,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
