Nutritional Status Of Primary And Secondary School Students In Six Districts Of Zhongshan City And Establishment Of Risk Intervention And Early Warning System

PurposeThis paper analyzes the nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in six districts of Zhongshan City,establishes a precise nutritional health management process for students and school canteens in the prevention and Protection Institute of Zhongshan Municipal Education Committee,and establishes a nutritional health management system of Zhongshan Municipal Government:a nutritional health management system with the government as the leading role,the health care Institute of the Education Committee as the core,the cooperation of districts and towns,the technical support of the expert team and the implementation of the school as the main body Management system.MethodThrough physical examination of all primary and secondary school students in all schools in the six districts of Zhongshan City,their age,height and weight data were obtained to calculate the BMI value;they were classified according to the evaluation national standards to assess their nutritional health status.Taking the total physical examination rate of each nutritional status in six districts of Zhongshan City as the reference value,the key nutritional intervention directions of each district,school and grade were determined.Result(1)In the six districts of Zhongshan City,the normal rate of nutrition was 69.3%,the rate of undernutrition was 13.7%,and the rate of over nutrition was 17.0%.(2)In six districts of Zhongshan City,the normal rate of nutrition is higher than that of primary school,while the rate of undernutrition and over nutrition are lower than that of primary school.(3)The rate of undernutrition and over nutrition of boys in six districts of Zhongshan City is higher than that of girls;the rate of undernutrition and over nutrition of primary school students is higher than that of middle school students.(4)In the eastern region,the normal rate of nutrition was 66.9%,the rate of undernutrition was 15.4%,which was lower than the over nutrition rate(17.7%),and the level of nutrition was lower than the average level of the six regions.It belongs to a region where the problems of undernutrition and over nutrition are more serious than the average level of six regions.(5)The normal rate of nutrition in the western region is 66.9%;the rate of undernutrition(19.8%)is higher than the rate of over nutrition(13.3%),and the level of nutrition is lower than the average level of the six regions.There are problems of undernutrition and over nutrition,especially the problem of undernutrition.(6)The normal rate of nutrition was 72.0%,and the rate of undernutrition was lower than that of over nutrition(10.3%).Although its nutritional status is higher than the average level of six areas,there are still problems of undernutrition and over nutrition,and the problem of over nutrition is more serious than the average level of six areas.(7)The normal rate of nutrition in Shiqi District was 70.6%,and the rate of undernutrition(11.3%)was lower than that of over nutrition(18.1%).Although its nutritional status is higher than the average level of six areas,there are still problems of over nutrition and undernutrition,and the problem of over nutrition is more serious than the average level of six areas.(8)The normal rate of nutrition was 70.9%,and the rate of undernutrition(11.6%)was lower than that of over nutrition(17.5%).Although its nutritional status is higher than the average level of six regions(69.3%),there are still problems of over nutrition and undernutrition,and the problem of over nutrition is more serious than the average level of six regions.(9)The normal rate of nutrition was 68.4%,and the rate of undernutrition was 14.9%,which was lower than that of over nutrition(16.7%).However,its nutritional status is lower than the average level of six areas,and there are problems of insufficient and excess nutrition,and the problem of insufficient nutrition is more serious than the average level of six areas.Conclusion(1)It is necessary to carry out the management of nutrition and health in Zhongshan City.(2)The problems of nutritional status in different regions are different,and there are problems of undernutrition and over nutrition.There are different emphases in carrying out nutritional health management activities,among which,the problems of undernutrition and over nutrition in the East are the management emphases;the problems of undernutrition in the West and Wugui mountain areas are the management emphases;the problems of over nutrition in the south,Shiqi and torch development areas are Management focus.(3)The strong support of the government and the joint action of many departments are of great significance to the improvement of nutritional health.(4)Actively play the core role of professional functional departments,implement the professional canteen management mode of school canteen,personalized meal management and personalized nutritional health management system of students,all play a positive role in promoting the improvement of students’ nutritional health.(5)The establishment of a complete nutritional health management system is a long-term management mechanism to ensure the nutritional health status of primary and secondary school students.Suggestions(1)It is suggested that the prevention and Protection Institute of Zhongshan Municipal Education Commission should establish a precise nutritional health management process for students and school canteens.(2)It is suggested that Zhongshan municipal government should establish a nutrition and health management system:a nutrition and health management system with the government as the leading role,the health care Institute of the Education Committee as the core,the cooperation of districts and towns,the technical support of the expert team and the school as the main body.
