Observation On The Curative Effect Of Supplemented Wuling Powder On Bladder Perfusion Chemotherapy In Patients With NMIBC

Objective:To explore the effect of Supplemented Wuling Powder in intervention in bladder perfusion chemotherapy in patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer.Methods:Fifty patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer who had undergone TURBT surgery and had symptoms of bladder damping-heat type were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group.Gemcitabine was injected into bladder and Supplemented Wuling Powder was added orally.The observation period was 8 perfusion cycles for 2 months.IC symptom index,problem index,KPS score,ECOG score,nutrition score,vomiting score,hematuria routine,biochemical routine and electrocardiogram were recorded before and after the experiment to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:Comparison of completion rates: the completion rate of the experimental group was100%(25/25),and that of the control group was 84%(21/25),P < 0.05;Comparison of KPS scores: KPS scores of the two groups decreased before and after treatment,but the decrease degree of the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group,P < 0.05;Comparison of ECOG score: The change of ECOG before and after the experimental group was not significant,but the change of ECOG before and after the control group was significant,P < 0.05;Nutritional score comparison: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,P > 0.05;IC symptom index,the index of the problem is: the experimental group before and after the experiment symptoms,problem,index scores increased slightly,but the pain index increased obviously,urinary frequency,urgency,nocturia higher score changed little,compared before and after total score increased significantly,the control group(P < 0.05,urinary frequency,urgency,nocturia,pain index of the experimental group increased significantly,P < 0.05;Comparison of myelosuppression: 24%(6/25)in the control group and 4%(1/25)in the experimental group.The incidence of myelosuppression in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group,P < 0.05.Among the 6 patients with myelosuppression in the control group,3 cases had grade I,3 cases had grade II,and 1 case had grade I in the experimental group,P > 0.05.Comparison of hematuria: the incidence of hematuria was 8%(2/25)in the experimental group and 32%(8/25)in the control group,P < 0.05.After the experiment,no vomiting occurred in the two groups,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were normal.Conclusion:Supplemented Wuling Powder can improve the completion rate of intravesical instillation chemotherapy for non muscle invasive bladder cancer patients with bladder damp heat type,and reduce the risk of bladder perfusion chemotherapy,including the risk of chemical cystitis and myelosuppression,improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life,and is safe and convenient.
