| Objective: By observing the effects of Huayu Fugong Decoction on vaginal bleeding duration and bleeding volume score,abdominal pain duration,postoperative uterine cavity,menstrual rehydration and the first postoperative menstruation after induced abortion,to explore the clinical effectiveness of Huayu Fugong Decoction in promoting the recovery after induced abortion,so as to provide reference value for the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of induced abortion(such as endless vaginal bleeding,reduced menstrual volume,intrauterine adhesion,etc.).Methods: From March 2021 to August 2021,100 patients with early pregnancy diagnosed by gynecology in our hospital,who met the indications of early induced abortion and excluded contraindications,improved blood routine,blood group,leucorrhea routine,coagulation function,liver and kidney function and ECG before operation,signed the informed consent of induced abortion and anesthesia,and went to the operating room of our outpatient department for painless induced abortion.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by lot.Both groups of patients were treated with routine infection prevention after abortion.The treatment group was given Huayu Fugong formula(1 bag / time,2 times / day,warm after breakfast and dinner)on the basis of routine antibiotics to prevent infection for 7 days;On the basis of conventional antibiotics to prevent infection,the control group was given yixuean granules(1 bag / time,3 times / day,oral)for 7 days.The patients in both groups were given corresponding nursing during and after operation.The duration and amount of vaginal bleeding,the duration of abdominal pain,menstrual rehydration,the first menstrual period and menstrual volume after operation were followed up and recorded.The color Doppler ultrasound of uterine accessories was rechecked at 1 and 3 weeks after operation to understand the postoperative endometrial thickness and uterine cavity(uterine cavity hematocele and tissue residue).The occurrence of uterine cavity adhesion was observed at 3 months and half a year after operation.By comparing the uterine recovery after medication between the two groups,the results were analyzed and processed by statistical methods,and the clinical effect of Huayu Fugong Decoction on promoting the recovery after induced abortion was discussed.The data were processed by statistical software SPSS 25.0.Results: 1.Comparison of baseline data between the two groups: before treatment,the basic information(age,number of pregnancies,number of abortion,menopause time,menstrual cycle,menstrual period and menstrual volume score)of the two groups were compared respectively.There was no significant difference in the basic information between the two groups(P >0.05),which was balanced and comparable.2.The results showed that after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of vaginal bleeding,endometrial thickness at 1 and 3 weeks after operation,menstrual rehydration and the amount of first menstruation after operation.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);In terms of postoperative uterine cavity(blood accumulation,tissue residue),duration of abdominal pain,first menstrual period after operation and uterine cavity adhesion,the curative effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The use of Huayu Fugong formula after induced abortion can effectively shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and reduce the amount of bleeding,contribute to the growth of postoperative endometrium,promote the recovery of normal menstrual cycle and improve menstrual flow. |
