Objective:To explore the related risk factors of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy and the effects of the severity of maternal hypertensive diseases during pregnancy on Apgar score and birth weight of newborns. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among pregnant women who gave birth in Maternity and Child Health Hospital of Gansu Province from November 2021 to November 2022.The questionnaire related to the general situation of pregnant women and newborn data was retrieved through the hospital information management system, and the general population characteristics of pregnant women diagnosed with pregnancy-induced hypertension in Gansu Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital were described and analyzed. The research contents included:(1)To explore the risk factors related to hypertensive diseases during pregnancy:Pregnant women diagnosed with pregnancy-induced hypertension in the obstetrics department of our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the case group, and pregnant women without pregnancy-induced hypertension hospitalized in the obstetrics department of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis of risk factors of pregnancy-induced hypertension were performed.(2)Correlation between the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension and neonatal Apgar score and birth weight:Pregnant women diagnosed as"pregnancy-induced hypertension"in the obstetrics department of our hospital and their newborns were selected.According to the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension, they were divided into the following types:Pregnancy hypertension group(50 cases),mild preeclampsia group(41 cases),severe preeclampsia group(40 cases),chronic hypertension complicated with preeclampsia group(22 cases).General data of newborns in the four groups were retrospectively compared, including gestational age at birth, birth weight,1-minute Apgar score and 5-minute Apgar score, and the incidence of low birth weight infants and premature infants among the four groups were compared.Results:(1)Among 910 pregnant women included in the study,153 had pregnancy-induced h-ypertension,the detection rate of pregnancy-induced hypertension was 1.68%.Univariatea nalysis of risk factors of gestational hypertension showed that age, calcium intake, family history of hypertension, history of pregnancy combined with hypothyroidism,pre-pregnancy BMI,smoking and exposure to passive smoking were closely related to the occurrence of gestational hypertension.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age over 30 years old, smoking,no calcium intake, family history of hypertension,pre-pregnancy BMI>28.0 were risk factors for hypertension during pregnancy.(2)There were statistically significant differences in gestational age, birth weight,1min Apgar score and 5min Apgar score among the four groups(P<0.05),and all indexes were the lowest in severe preeclampsia group.(3)There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of low birth weight infants among the four groups(χ~2=35.323,P<0.05),among which the incidence of gestational hypertension group was the lowest, and that of severe preeclampsia group was higher than that of other groups.(4)There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of preterm neonates among the four groups(χ~2=46.613,P<0.05),among which the incidence of gestational hypertension group was the lowest, and that of severe preeclampsia group was higher than that of other groups.Conclusion:(1)Age over 30 years old, smoking,no calcium intake, family history of hypertensio-n,and pre-pregnancy BMI>28.0 are risk factors for hypertension during pregnancy.(2)The neonatal birth weight and gestational age,1min Apgar score and 5min Apgar score were affected by the severity of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy.(3)The incidence of low birth weight infants and preterm infants was positively corre lated with the severity of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy.
