| Objective: Based on the syndrome differentiation and diagnosis theory of traditional Chinese medicine,using artificial intelligence AI and white eye shadowless imaging technology,to observe the morphological characteristics,color and distribution area of the white eye eye collateral in patients with essential hypertension,and to find out the rules according to the objective manifestations of the white eye lesions,so as to summarize the correlation between the changes of the white eye collateral and essential hypertension.Based on this correlation,it provides a basis for the objectification and accuracy of TCM syndrome differentiation of essential hypertension.Methods: 300 patients with essential hypertension(observation group)and 100 healthy people(health group)who met the inclusion criteria were collected in this study.According to their clinical manifestations and characteristics of tongue and pulse,the patients in the observation group judged their TCM syndrome types(including hyperactivity of liver yang,obstruction of phlegm and dampness,obstruction of orifices by blood stasis,deficiency of qi and blood,and deficiency of kidney essence).The white eye images of the observation group and the health group were collected in high definition by using the visual diagnosis instrument developed by Beijing Boao Jingdian Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.,and the morphological characteristics(spots,spots,mounds,halos,diffuse fog),color of the eye network(including bright red,magenta,pink,pink,dark,pink,dark red,light,cyan,dark)The distribution areas(A-lung area,B-kidney bladder area,C-hepatobiliary area,D-spleen and stomach area,E-large and small intestine area,F-heart area)were digitally extracted,and the differences in the morphological characteristics,color and distribution area of the ocular collaterals between the two groups were observed and analyzed.To further explore the characteristics of white eye lesions in patients with essential hypertension at different ages,different blood pressure levels,different TCM syndromes,and different complications,so as to obtain the changes of white eye image in patients with essential hypertension.Results: 1.The incidence of abnormal ocular morphology in patients with essential hypertension was higher than that in healthy people,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of abnormal ocular morphology in spots,mounds,halos and haze(all P<0.05).2.The incidence of abnormal color of the eyes and collaterals in patients with essential hypertension is higher than that in healthy people,and there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of bright red,magenta,pink,pink-dark,pink,dark red,light,cyan and dark colors(all P<0.05).3.The abnormal frequency of each area of the white eye meridian in patients with essential hypertension was higher than that in healthy people,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).4.Characteristics of white eyes at different ages: in terms of abnormal white eyes,the incidence of haze and halo is the highest in young patients,and the incidence of spots is the highest in middle-aged and elderly patients;In terms of the abnormal color of the white eye,the incidence of bright red and dark red is higher in young patients,and the incidence of crimson,pink,blue and dark is higher in the elderly;In terms of the abnormal distribution area of the white eye meridian,the incidence of abnormalities in the hepatobiliary region is the highest in young patients,the incidence of abnormalities in the spleen and stomach region is the highest in middle-aged patients,and the incidence of abnormalities in the lung region and the kidney and bladder region is the highest in elderly hypertensive patients.5.Characteristics of the white eye collateral of different levels of hypertension: in terms of the shape of the white eye collateral,diffuse fog and halo have the highest incidence in patients with grade 3 hypertension;In terms of the abnormal color of the eyes and collaterals,the incidence of cyan and dark is the highest in patients with grade 1 hypertension,the incidence of magenta and light is the highest in patients with grade 2 hypertension,and the incidence of bright red and dark red is the highest in patients with grade 3 hypertension;In terms of the abnormal distribution area of the white eye meridian,the abnormal incidence of the spleen and stomach region and the large and small intestine region is higher in the patients with grade 1 and grade 2 hypertension,while the abnormal incidence of the hepatobiliary region and the heart region is higher in the patients with grade 3 hypertension.6.Characteristics of white eyes and eye collaterals in different TCM syndromes: the abnormal form of white eyes in patients with hyperactivity of liver yang is mainly in the liver and gallbladder region,with a high incidence of halo and haze,and the color of eye collaterals is mainly bright red and dark red;The abnormal shape of the white eye in patients with deficiency of qi and blood is mainly distributed in spots and spots,and the color of the eye collaterals is light,dark and pink,with a high incidence.The abnormal white eye eye collaterals are mainly distributed in the large and small intestine areas,spleen and stomach areas;The abnormal shape of the white eye in patients with deficiency of kidney essence is higher in the incidence of lunar halo,and the color of the eye collateral is higher in the incidence of bright red and light.The abnormal shape of the white eye eye collateral is mainly distributed in the hepatobiliary region and the renal bladder region;The abnormal shape of the white eye in patients with hypertension of phlegm-dampness resistance type is high in the incidence of mounds,the color of the eye collaterals is mainly dark and blue,and the abnormal white eye eye collaterals are mainly distributed in the large intestine,spleen and stomach areas;The abnormal shape of the white eye in patients with hypertension of blood stasis obstruction type is mainly manifested as spots and spots.The color of the eye collateral is mainly blue and dark.The abnormal white eye eye collateral is mainly distributed in the lung area and heart area.7.Characteristics of white eyes and collaterals in different hypertension complications: In terms of the abnormal shape of white eyes and collaterals,the incidence of haze and halo is the highest in hypertension patients with diabetes;In terms of the abnormal color of white eyes and collaterals,the incidence of bright red is the highest in hypertension with diabetes,the incidence of blue and dark is the highest in hypertension with obesity,and the incidence of pink,light and dark red is the lowest in hypertension with obesity;In terms of the abnormal distribution area of the eye collateral,the abnormal incidence rate of the spleen stomach and large intestine area is higher in patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia,hypertension combined with obesity,and hypertension combined with fatty liver,while the abnormal incidence rate of the kidney bladder area,hepatobiliary area,and heart area is the highest in patients with hypertension combined with diabetes.Conclusion: 1.The incidence of abnormal shape,color and distribution area of the white eye in patients with essential hypertension is significantly higher than that in healthy people.2.The shape,color and distribution area of the white eye meridian in patients with hypertension at different ages have different degrees of abnormality.Most young people see halo,fog,bright red and dark red,which are mainly distributed in the hepatobiliary region;Middle-aged people are more common,mostly distributed in the spleen and stomach area;Most of the elderly are red,pink,blue and dark,which are mainly distributed in the lung area and kidney bladder area.3.The shape,color and distribution area of the white eye meridian in patients with different levels of hypertension have different degrees of abnormality.Grade 1 hypertension is mostly blue and dark,which is mainly distributed in the spleen,stomach and small intestine;Grade 2hypertension is mostly red and light,mainly distributed in the spleen,stomach and small intestine;Grade 3 hypertension is often seen in fog,halo,bright red,dark red,and mainly distributed in the liver,gallbladder and heart.4.In patients with hypertension with different TCM syndrome types,the form,color and distribution area of the white eyes are abnormal to varying degrees.The hyperactivity of the liver Yang is usually seen as moonlight,misty,bright red or dark red,mostly distributed in the liver and biliary area.Qi and blood deficiency,spots,light,dark powder,powder,mostly distributed in the large and small intestine,spleen and stomach area;Kidney essence is not enough to see the halo,Yin red,light,more distributed in the liver and biliary area,kidney bladder area;Phlegm-dampness blockage is dark and green,mostly distributed in the large and small intestine,spleen and stomach area.Blood stasis often sees spots,spots,dark green,mostly distributed in the lung,heart area.5.The shape,color and distribution area of the white eyes of patients with different hypertension complications were abnormal to varying degrees.Patients with diabetes were mostly fog-filled,moonlight and dark red,which were distributed in the renal bladder area and hepatobiliary area.Obesity is usually blue and dark,and mainly distributed in the spleen and stomach,large and small intestine.Hyperlipidemia is usually dark,green and distributed in the spleen and stomach,large and small intestine.Fatty liver is dark,green and distributed in the spleen and stomach,large and small intestine. |
