| Purposes: This study is based on the records of the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,sort out and excavate the literature about the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint in the past dynasties.From perspectives of literature study,theoretical discussion and connotation mining,the author explains the literature source characteristics,prescription formation mechanism,special acupuncture and moxibustion sequence principle and the academic thoughts reflected behind the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint.Through research,the purpose of this paper is to deeply interpret the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint and provide literature basis and theoretical reference for the clinical application and follow-up research of the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint.Methods: This study is a synthesis of literature and theoretical research.Literature research is the basis of this study.The methods of literature study are as follows: based on the fifth edition of the Chinese medical dictionary(which was published by Hunan Electronic Audio &Video Publishing House),China National Knowledge Network,Wan Fang and Wei Pu database,searching and collating the literature materials of the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint in the past dynasties.Through a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the literature of the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint in the past dynasties,it is clear that the source and flow of the acupoint prescription and its gain and loss.The methods of theoretical research are as follows: based on the results of literature research,referring to and drawing on the research results of predecessors and sages,and using the ancient method of "interpreting the text in the original text" to analyze and interpret the relevant literature,to form a reliable conclusion of prescription mechanism,special acupuncture and moxibustion sequence principle and academic connotation mining of the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint.Results: Based on the literature records of the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint in the past dynasties,and referred to and learned from the relevant research achievements of ancient sages and modern times.The author explains the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint from the following perspectives,such as: an overview of the source of acupoint prescription literature,the explanation of the diseases which are treated by this acupoint prescription,the explanation of the single acupoint involved in the acupoint prescription,the explanation of the mechanism of the acupoint prescription,the discussion of the order of acupuncture and moxibustion,and the excavation of the academic thoughts of the acupoint prescription and so on.1.The acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint was originally written in the Classic of the Yellow Emperor Ming Tang,and this acupoint prescription was later fully recorded in the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.The acupoints involved in this acupoint prescription are all from Huangdi Neijing,which has reference significance for the interpretation of this acupoint prescription.The acupoint prescription appeared as many as 8 times with such a fixed expression pattern—— "Shang Xing point as the main acupoint,and first acpuncture or moxibustion this point,followed by acupuncture or moxibustion Yi Xi point,then acupuncture or moxibustion Tian You point,and finally acupuncture or moxibustion Feng Chi point",and can be used to treat 7 diseases such as fever without sweat.The acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint is completely included in the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,which is the source of later literature.The literature of this acupoint prescription after the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion was inherited based on the records of the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,with both gains and losses.In modern research,the whole study of this acupoint prescription is rare.2.In this paper,the formulation mechanism of the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint and the sequence principle of special acupuncture and moxibustion were analyzed from many different perspectives.The pathogenesis of the diseases of this acupoint prescription reflects two common characteristics: deficiency of healthy Qi and invasion of abnormal Qi.From the point of view of meridian-acupoints,this acupoint prescription can adjust the qi of the Yang.From the point of view of the theory of opening-closing-hinge,the function of the acupoint prescription lies in ventilation Qi Ji.The acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint is closely associated with the acupoint square of the 25 acupoints containing the five meridians on the head.And the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint can adjust the Yang meridian Qi and blood.The rule of "Jiu Bing Liu Zhu" mentioned in Pu Ji Fang is the expression of the treatment principle.This rule is reflected in this acupoint prescription for the selection of Yi Xi acupoint to adjust the heart Yang.The acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint has a special order of acupuncture and moxibustion."Shang Xing Zhu Zi",emphasizes that Shang Xing acupoint is taken as the main point,and the point of Shang Xing is taken first to invoke the Yuan Yang stored in the governor vein;" Hou Qu Yi Xi ",intended to take the point of Shang Xing,then take Yi Xi point to adjust the heart Yang;"Shang Xing Zhu Zi,Xian Qu Yi Xi",its function is to use these two acupoints to invoke the Yuan Yang stored in the governor’s veins and Xin Yang,and then regulate the Yang Qi of a body."Hou Qu Tian You,Feng Chi",intends to regulate Qi Ji,make abnormal Qi out.3.The core of this acupoint prescription is to mobilize and use the innate Yuan Yang and heart Yang,so as to adjust the Yang Qi of a body.This prescription reflects the academic thought that emphasizes the use of Yang qi and its application.Based on the academic thought that emphasizes the use of Yang qi,this paper discusses the application of this thought in acupuncture and moxibustion medicine from two perspectives of characteristic moxibustion prescription and meridians.Conclusion: In the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,the acupoint prescription which "Shang Xing" as the main acupoint appeared as many as 8 times with such a fixed expression pattern — — "Shang Xing point as the main acupoint,and first acpuncture or moxibustion this point,followed by acupuncture or moxibustion Yi Xi point,then acupuncture or moxibustion Tian You point,and finally acupuncture or moxibustion Feng Chi point".And this acupoint prescription can treat 7 different kinds of diseases such as fever without sweat.The acupoint prescription emphasizes the special order of acupuncture and moxibustion,which reflects the special academic thought.Based on the record of the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,this paper interprets this acupoint prescription from multiple perspectives by referring to the research achievements of the past dynasties.The study shows that the Shang Xing acupoint is used as the main acupoint of this acupoint prescription and "Xian Qu Yi Xi" is intended to use Yuan Yang that stored in the governor vein and Xin Yang to adjust the Yang Qi of one body."Hou Qu Tian You,Feng Chi",intends to regulate Qi Ji,make abnormal Qi out.This prescription reflects the academic thought that emphasizes the use of Yang Qi and its application,which is worthy of attention and further study. |
