| Purpose:Articles for the treatment of amenorrhea of 13 ancient books(Zhenjiu Jiayijing,Zhenjiu Zishengjing,Zhenjiu Zhaiyingji,Zhenjiu Dacheng,Zhenjiu Dacheng,Yizongjinjian,Tongren Shuxue Zhenjiu Tujing,Qiongyao Shenshu,Bianque Shenying Zhenjiu Yulongjing,Zhenjiu Wendui,Zhenfang Liuji,Mianxuetang Zhenjiu Jicheng,Pujifang)of acupuncture and moxibustion were studied and the methods of acupoint selection and prescriptions were analyzed.The data mining technology and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform was used to dig out laws of acupuncture treatment for amenorrhea.On this basis,the selection of acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of amenorrhea and the law of compatibility were worked out.And combine the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to analyze its connotation.All of these in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of amenorrhea,clinical diagnosis and curative effect judgment.Method:Articles for the treatment of amenorrhea of 13 ancient books was putted in to the Excel table and set up the database using manual reading and inputting.Two methods were used to explore the law of acupoints selection in acupuncture ancient books,they are the preliminary screening of Excel and the deep excavation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform.The focus of this study has three aspects,firstly,locations,frequency,meridians,properties and compatibility of the acupoints in the treatment of amenorrhea are obtained;secondly,the selection and combination of acupoints selection of acupoint law were constructed;thirdly,combined with the theories of traditional Chinese medicine,the connotation of the law of acupoints selection for the treatment of amenorrhea was analyzed in the ancient books of acupuncture.Result:1.The frequency of the first 15 sites of acupuncture treatment for amenorrhea is from high to low,respectively:Qihai(CV 6)(17 times),Daimai(G 26)(16 times),Shuiquan(K 5)(14 times),Sanyinjiao(SP 6)(13 times),Xuehai(SP 10)(12 times),Huiyin(CV 1)(10 times),Shenshu(B 23)(10 times),Weidao(G 28)(10 times),Zhongliao(B 33)(10 times),Qixue(K 13)(9 times),Guanyuan(CV 4)(8 times),Jianshi(P 5)(8 times),Yinjiao(CV 7)(7 times),Zhaohai(K 6)(7 times),Ligou(LR 5)(6 times).2.Meridians including Fourteen Meridians,the Eight Extra-Meridians and Extra-Meridians Points,the total number of channels was 14 and the total frequency was 273.Sort by frequency from high to low:Ren channel,kidney channel of foot-Shaoyin,gallbladder channel of foot-Shaoyang,urinary bladder channel of foot-Taiyang,spleen channel of foot-Taiyin,liver channel of foot-Jueyin,Extra-Meridians Points,stomach channel of foot-Yangming,pericardium channel of hand-Jueyin,Du channel,large intestine channel of hand-Yangming,yinqiao channel,Tri-Jiao channel of hand-Shaoyang,heart channel of hand-Shaoyin.Among them,Ren is the most commonly used,the frequency is 71 and the rate is 26.01%;The second is the kidney channel of foot-Shaoyin,the frequency is 46 and the rate is 16.85%;The third is gallbladder channel of foot-Shaoyang,the frequency is 29 and the rate is 10.62%.3.The location of the acupoints are concentrated in the lower limb,abdomen,upper limb,waist and back,among them,the using frequency of lower limb and abdomen were the highest.It can be seen that the treatment of amenorrhea in acupuncture ancient books is the combination of lower extremity distal point and the proximal part of the abdomen.4.There are as many as 9 kinds of specific acupoints are used in the treatment of amenorrhea of 13 ancient acupuncture books.Among them,the intersection points(frequency is 65,rate is 23.99%),five acupoints(frequency is 45,rate is 16.61%)and front-Mu point(frequency is 39,rate is 14,39%)ranked first three.Conclusion:The laws of treatment of amenorrhea contained in ancient books of acupuncture are as follows.1.Pay attention to the selection of acupoints according to syndrome differentiation and local acupoints,and make good use of the abdominal approach.2.Pay attention to Ren channel,kidney channel of foot-Shaoyin and acupoints on the feet.3.Pay attention to the application of specific acupoints. |
