Research On Chen Xiuyuan’s Academic Thought Of Gynecology And Modern Clinical Application

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the rule of Chen Xiuyuan’s treatment of gynecological diseases by collecting his academic thoughts,characteristics of diagnosis and treatment and clinical experience.This paper summarized the diagnosis and treatment ideas of Professor Wu Quansheng applying Chen Xiuyuan’s gynecological academic thought,summarized the characteristics of Professor Wu Quansheng’s medication,and summarized Professor Wu Quansheng’s experience in applying Chen Xiuyuan’s gynecological academic thought,to realize the modern clinical application value of Chen Xiuyuan’s gynecology academic thought.To provide the basis for clinical application of Chen Xiuyuan’s gynecological academic thought and clinical experience,in order to summarize Chen Xiuyuan’s gynecological diagnosis and treatment theory and help modern clinical practice.Methods: This topic will adopt the method of literature study to study Chen Xiuyuan’s16 works and related documents,including literature review method,literature comparison method,literature induction method,literature statistics,analysis,classification method,experience summary method,in-depth study of Chen’s gynecological academic theory and treatment characteristics.On the basis of the systematic study of Chen Xiuyuan’s works,this paper extensively collects relevant materials about Chen’s academic thoughts,explores the diagnosis and treatment rules of Chen Xiuyuan’s treatment of gynecological diseases by using the methods of comparison,inference and summary,and preliminarily presents the origin of Chen Xiuyuan’s academic thoughts and characteristic experience integration in the treatment of gynecological diseases.On the basis of summarizing Chen Xiuyuan’s academic thoughts on gynecology,this paper studies and summarizes Professor Wu Quansheng’s modern clinical application of Chen Xiuyuan’s academic thoughts on gynecology by following his tutor,Professor Wu Quansheng.Results:1.Chen Xiuyuan respects the classics,inherits and carries forward the Zhongjing thought and clinical experience,discusses the treatment gynecology disease,follows“The internal classic” the purpose,“The Golden Chamber” the law,not only synthesizes each family’s long,also quite has the original place.2.The author holds that irregular menstruation is the first responsibility of the spleen and stomach,and suggests regulating menstruation from the spleen and attaching importance to the spleen and stomach.3.In view of female infertility,summed up the“Five important” academic thought.4.It is emphasized that to settle the fetus,we must carefully examine the syndrome,pay attention to the spleen and stomach,and tonify the kidney-qi,and settle the fetus according to the syndrome differentiation.5.In the post-natal disease,the special physiological period for women postpartum,based on Qi and blood,both deficiency and stasis,prudent and moderate medication.6.To treat women’s miscellaneous diseases,we should take deficiency,cold accumulation and stagnation of Qi as the key points,and combine the syndrome differentiation thought of deficiency and excess of yin and yang.7.Flexible use of classical prescriptions and time,created such as the new set is loaded with pills and the new plus sympathetic pills,refined medicine,simple and effective.8.The research on gynecologic pulse diagnosis has its own characteristics and original opinions.It carries forward the innovation in the experience of predecessors and explains the application of pulse diagnosis in gynecologic diseases.9.It critically listed Salvia miltiorrhiza,Leonurus,Polygonum multiflorum and curcuma as the“Four evils” of female medicine,and emphasized that the application of this female medicine should be cautious.10.Clinical medication has its own characteristics.It opposes over-processing,attaches importance to the theory of luck,and applies the eight diagrams of Yi Li.11.Professor Wu Quansheng in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecology,more integration through Chen Xiuyuan’s "tune from the spleen","the woman to blood based","seed law,that is,in tune",“the fetal qi is in the kidney,and the fetus should be stabilized”,“the postpartum disease replenishes qi and blood and dissipates blood stasis ” and other important theoretical points of view,test in the clinical,effect such as drum.Conclusion:Based on Neijing and Zhong Jing’s studies,Chen Xiuyuan’s academic thoughts on gynecology expounded female physiology,analyzed the causes and pathogenesis of various diseases in gynecology,and put forward many methods for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecology diseases.The core viewpoints of his academic thoughts of gynecology are "worship classics","stress spleen and stomach" and "stress qi and blood".Professor Wu Quansheng has applied Chen Xiuyuan’s academic thoughts of gynecology in modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecology,and the treatment effect of patients is remarkable.Chen Xiuyuan’s academic thought of gynecology has a guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in modern clinical obstetrics and gynecology.
