Objective:To investigate levels and significance of total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),high density apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ(Apo A-Ⅰ),high density apolipoprotein A-Ⅱ(Apo A-Ⅱ),serum amyloid protein A(SAA),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable and acute exacerbation(AECOPD)with or without coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:A total of 160 patients with COPD treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June2022 were selected as the experimental group, and divided into 4 groups according to COPD in acute or stable stage and whether CAD was combined: stable COPD group,AECOPD group, stable COPD with CAD group,AECOPD with CAD group.Twenty healthy people in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.General data and levels of TC,HDL-C,Apo A-Ⅰ,Apo A-Ⅱ,SAA,TNF-α and IL-6 were analyzed in each group.Results:1.There were no statistical differences in the levels of TC and HDL-C between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2.The levels of Apo A-Ⅰ and Apo A-Ⅱ in AECOPD group,AECOPD with CAD group were significantly lower than those in COPD stable stage group,COPD stable stage with CAD group and control group(P<0.01).The levels of SAA,TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly higher than those of stable COPD group, stable COPD combined with CAD group and control group(P<0.01).3.There were no significant differences in the levels of SAA,TNF-α and IL-6 in AECOPD combined with CAD group compared with AECOPD group(P>0.05).4.The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in COPD stable stage combined with CAD group were not significantly different from those in COPD stable stage and control group(P>0.05),while the level of SAA was significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of SAA in COPD combined with CAD was significantly higher than that in COPD combined with CAD,suggesting that the increase of SAA may play a role in the development of COPD combined with CAD.
