Meta-Analysis Of The Incidence Of Capsular Contracture After Augmentation Mammaplasty With Hair And Smooth Prostheses

Objective:To analyze and compare the incidence of capsular contracture between smooth prosthesis and hair prosthesis after augmentation mammoplasty.Methods:Pub Med,The Cochrane library,EMBASE,Science Direct,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other databases were searched from 2010 to 2019.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the data were extracted and meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man5.4 software.Results:A total of 13 literatures were included,including 10 foreign literatures and 3Chinese literatures,and a total of 13443 cases were included.Meta-analysis results : The incidence of capsular contracture of the hairy prosthesis was lower than that of the smooth prosthesis group.The incidence of capsular contracture of the implant layer under the breast was lower than that of the smooth prosthesis,and there was no significant difference between the two under the pectoralis major.But in other complications : the incidence of seroma,the incidence of infection was higher than that of smooth prosthesis.Conclusion:The incidence of capsular contracture after augmentation mammaplasty was lower than that of smooth prosthesis,but the incidence of seroma and infection was higher than that of smooth prosthesis.
