Prosthesis Implant Capsular Contracture Prevention And Treatment

Objective:We explore the prevention and treatment by prosthetic implant capsular contracture of the method, the traditional method and we summarize and innovative combination of a more effective reducing the incidence of capsular contracture, and achieved satisfactory results.Methods:2007-2009,59 patients were treated in periareolar breast augmentation implant breast augmentation patients and 31 vacation leave after body caused by capsular contracture patients, we used several methods to prevent and treat:①use color and texture of the size of the appropriate size of the coarse surface silicone prosthesis;②stripping compartment large enough in scope, are generally higher than prosthesis about 2-3cm in diameter;③attention to aseptic surgery, gentle movements norms, to stop bleeding completely, and to prevent the occurrence of aseptic inflammation;④dual plane breast augmentation and surgery to achieve adequate drainage to prevent hematoma;⑤the naphthalene Germany triamcinolone and vitamin E combination therapy to prevent capsular contracture;⑥done early after massage, massage intensity to gentle, gradual;⑦on capsular contracture gradeⅢ-Ⅳwere treated with partial resection of capsule.Results:59 patients were followed up for breast augmentation body of holidays 1 to 2 years, only 2 cases were 2 to 3 months in gradeⅢcapsular contracture, again by the coated part of the follow-up 1 year after resection without recurrence, and good breast shape natural, soft, patient satisfaction. 31 cases of capsular contracture patients were followed up for 2 years,2 cases of recurrence of capsular contracture after surgery on the right gradeⅡ, and the remaining patients were satisfied with appearance, soft sound.Conclusion:capsular contracture and prosthesis placement level, the type of prosthesis, postoperative bleeding is not completely caused by inadequate drainage of hematoma, as well as bacteria sterile inflammatory stimuli and other factors, although the etiology of capsular contracture remains not very clear, but as long as its effective prevention and treatment, can better control its incidence. So in addition to conventional measures of prevention and treatment, we stressed the dual plane breast augmentation and to naphthalene Germany triamcinolone combined with vitamin E, proved to be clinically more effective prevention and treatment of implant capsular contracture, and greatly reduced its incidence.
