| Objective:To explore the changes of herniated disc immediately after posterior single open-door laminoplasty(LAMP).Methods:Data of 65 patients who underwent LAMP surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were collected. Two methods were used to measure the changes of the herniated disc.Paired T test was used to analyze the difference between preoperative and postoperative data.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the changes of sagittal imaging parameters of cervical spine and the changes of herniated intervertebral disc. Results:A total of 45 patients with 150 herniated discs were measured in this study,of which 104 discs were regressed. The significant regression ratio and JOA score gradually increased during follow-up.The Cobb Angle of cervical spine decreased after operation and was related to the change of intervertebral Angle. There is a positive correlation between the changes of C4/5 intervertebral disc and the changes of C5 sagittal diameter. There was a negative correlation between the changes of the cervical C5/6 disc and the corresponding changes of the dural sac. Conclusion:The herniated disc was significantly smaller immediately after LAMP.The immediate postoperative disc regression is stable, and the degree and proportion of regression will further increase. |
