[Objective]To investigate the treatment outcome of cervical posterior single open-door laminoplasty+lateral mass screw-rod Internal fixation for cervical spondylosis myelopathic.[Methods]110patients with cervical spondylosis myelopathic were treated with posterior single open-door laminoplasty+lateral mass screw-rod Internal fixation, the nervous function recovery was evaluated by the Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA) score standard. X-ray films were also taken before and after the surgey to calculate cervical vertebra power, cervical total activity (ROM),Postoperative cervical curvature index, cervical vertebra curvature index. Postoperative axial symptoms and C5nerve root paralysis incidence were also recorded.[Results] All110patients were followed up. JOA score recovery rate was56.428±10.136%, postoperative cervical curvature lost index was12.139±1.426°,56.4%of the patients have obvious shaft symptoms after the treatment, the statistical differences are significant (P<0.01).[Conclusion]:Posterior single open-door laminoplasty+lateral mass screw-rod Internal fixation tech in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy curative effect is exact, nerve function was restored, and maintain a certain amount of cervical stability after cervical surgery, reduces the effects of unstable, than the CSM has obvious curative effect. |
