| Objective:Patients with deep Ⅱ degree burns have difficulty in wound healing and often suffer from wound infection and unsatisfactory scar healing, which is difficult for patients’ rehabilitation and affects functional recovery and quality of life.At present, the application of various new dressings and various types of growth factors has greatly improved the treatment options for deep burn wounds.Using a recombinant gel of a factor that stimulates human granulocyte macrophage in combination with a micro-negative pressure, the clinical effect of its application in deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds was observed. Methods:This study selected 60 patients with deep second degree burns from Shanxi Bethune Hospital and divided them into a blank control group, control group 1,control group 2,and observation group using a random number table method, with 15 cases in each group. All patients underwent thorough debridement and evaluation of wound depth. The blank control group was changed with Vaseline gauze alone. The control group 1 was treated with foam adhesive dressing(Ailifu),and the control group 2 was treated with recombinant human granulocyte macrophage stimulating factor gel(Jinfuning). The observation group added recombinant human granulocyte macrophage stimulating Yinzi gel(Jinfuning)to the foam adhesive dressing(Ailifu),and compared the wound healing and scar prognosis of the three groups. Results:Compared with other control groups,in the observation group, after the combination of Jinfuning and Ailifu treatment, the wound healing rate and VSS score were higher, while the VAS score was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the combination therapy group was significantly shorter than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).After one week of treatment, the positive rate of wound bacterial culture was lower than that of the other three groups, but there was only a significant difference compared to the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the scar score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the other control groups, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage stimulating factor gel and micro-negative pressure dressing is more conducive to accelerating wound healing, improving the quality of in situ healing, reducing the damage to the surgical donor area and the pain level of the patient during treatment, which is of value in the treatment of deep Ⅱ degree burns. |
