Investigate The Role Of The Balance Of Th/Ts And Th17/Treg In The Pathogenesis Of Systemic Vasculitis

Objective:Compare the levels of helper T cells(Th),suppressor T cells(Ts),helper T cells17(Th17)and regulatory T cells(Treg)in peripheral blood between patients with systemic vasculitis and healthy controls.Compare the differences of Th/Ts and Th17/Treg ratio and analyze the correlation between Th/TS and Th17/Treg ratio in patients with systemic vasculitis.Methods:Collect peripheral blood samples from 53 patients with systemic vasculitis and 36 healthy controls who were admitted to the second Shanxi Medical University Hospital between January 2020 and December 2020.Then detect the levels of Th cells,Ts cells,Th17 cells and Treg cells by flow cytometry.Compare and analyze the Th17-Treg ratio and Th17-Ts ratio.Results:Compared with the healthy control group,there were lower levels of T cells and Treg cells in the peripheral blood of 53 cases,and there was no significant difference in the levels of Th cells and Th17 cells.The ratio of Th/Ts and Th17/Treg in the peripheral blood of 53 cases was higher than that of the healthy control group.Further analysis of the experimental results showed that there was no significant correlation between Th/Ts ratio and Th17/Treg ratio in patients with vasculitis.Conclusion:The levels of Th and Th17 cells were not significantly different from HC Group,and the ratios of Th/Ts and Th17/Treg were increased.The imbalance of Th/Ts and Th17/Treg was involved in the pathogenesis of vasculitis.And the number of Ts cells and Treg cells changed more obviously than that of Th cells.We should pay more attention to the changes of Ts cells,Treg cells and the balance of Th/Ts and Th17/Treg,which helps to further assess the disease state of vasculitis,the immune regulatory capacity and the clinical medication-taken or other treatment.
