Objective:By comparing the clinical effects of the experimental group and the control group after treatment,it aims to explore whether the adjuvant treatment of acupoint application can improve the curative effect of pneumoconiosis of lung-qi deficiency type, hoping to provide a feasible new clinical treatment of pneumoconiosis of lung-qi deficiency type.Method:154 patients with pneumoconiosis of lung qi deficiency type were selected during the experiment.154 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1.The control group was given symptomatic support treatment with oral antitussive, expectorant, antiasthmatic drugs and intravenous drip to improve pulmonary circulation. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was treated with acupoint application, once every 10 days,4H each time, for 30 consecutive days as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment, followed up and recorded the observation results.Continuous treatment for 30 days is a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment,follow-up and record the observation results.By collecting the clinical data of the observed objects, the BODE index score, cat score, clinical symptom score, the number of acute respiratory attacks, and the changes of serological indicators were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the curative effect of Acupoint Application on pneumoconiosis of lung qi deficiency type was observed.Result:The Bode scores of the experimental group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment;Fev1%,6MWT(m),MMRC and BMI were significantly higher than those before treatment. The serological indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P;The Bode score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P;After treatment,fev1%,6MWT(m),MMRC and BMI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The BODE index score and serological indexes of the experimental group and the control group after treatment were compared, showing a significant difference(P< 0.05).After treatment, the number of cat and respiratory acute attacks in the experimental group and the control groupdecreased compared with that before treatment,.After treatment, the number of cat and respiratory acute attacks in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.Comparing the cat and the number of acute respiratory attacks between the experimental group and the control group after treatment. After treatment, the amount of sputum, difficulty of expectoration, dyspnea and sputum properties in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The amount of sputum, difficulty of expectoration, dyspnea and sputum character in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.Comparing the clinical symptom scores of the experimental group and the control group after treatment, there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:After three courses of treatment, the indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. It is proved that acupoint application adjuvant treatment and conventional western medicine treatment can improve patients’ symptoms, but the former has better curative effect. It is proved that acupoint application adjuvant treatment of pneumoconiosis of lung qi deficiency type has further clinical significance and promotion value.
