Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of Kang Tuo Mixture combined with acupoint application on lung-yin deficiency type pulmonary tuberculosis, and discussing the effect of "governing collaterals" in the treatment of lung-yin deficiency type pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:A total of 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the tuberculosis department of our hospital were continuously collected and randomly divided into three groups:Western medicine alone group(group A),Western medicine chemotherapy+anti-tuberculosis mixture group(group B),Western medicine group Chemotherapy+anti-tuberculosis mixture+acupoint application group(group C),30 cases in each group. The influence of factors such as age, gender, lesion size, traditional Chinese medicine intervention,BMI,ALB and complications on the treatment outcome of the patients were observed. The changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment were observed respectively, and the sputum bacteria negative conversion of the patients at the end of the 2nd,5th,and 6th months was compared. The absolute value changes of blood T lymphocyte subsets(CD3-,CD4-,CD8-)were measured, the levels of FIB,D-D and platelets in peripheral blood of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were measured, and the efficacy of all patients was monitored for 6 months. Finally,SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis and comparison. Results:The general baseline data of the three groups were not significantly different and comparable;the indicators after treatment in the three groups were compared:(1)BMI in patients with tuberculosis, lack of TCM intervention, complications, and low ALB levels were independent influencing factors affecting the outcome of disease in patients with tuberculosis(p<0.05);(2)After 2 months of treatment, the sputum negative rate in group C was higher than that in group A(p<0.05),and the negative rate of sputum in group B was not statistically significant compared with group A and group C(p>0.05).(3)Compared with the changes in T lymphocyte subsets after treatment in the three groups, the levels of CD3-,CD4-,CD8-and T lymphocytes in group B and group C were higher than those in group A(p<0.05),and the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and T lymphocytes in group C were higher than those in group B.There was no significant difference(p>0.05);(4)after the end of the course of treatment, the TCM syndrome scores in group C decreased compared with group A and B(p<0.05),and the difference between group B and group A was not statistically significant, but there was a downward trend(p>0.05);(5)After treatment, the PLT and FIB levels in group C decreased compared with group A and B(p<0.05),and the D-D level in group C decreased compared with group A(p<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with anti-tuberculosis mixture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, promote the conversion of sputum bacteria to negative, and increase the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+T lymphocytes in patients, enhance the immune function of patients, and reduce the levels of FIB and D-D in peripheral blood, and PLT levels are of great significance to the treatment outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
