| Nurses are an important component of medical personnel,and they are also important providers of medical services.Their competence directly impacts the quality and standards of medical services.Although private hospitals attach importance to the construction of nurse talent teams and vigorously carry out nurse talent training,they still do not get rid of the situation of focusing on forms,emphasizing processes,and neglecting effects.How to optimize the nurse training system and enhance the competency level of nurses has become the content of in-depth consideration and key planning for private hospitals.S Medical Company,a private hospital,which still uses the traditional training methods in nurse training,and there is a certain gap with the development of the hospital.This study takes S Medical Company as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in its nurse training system,and based on competency theory,uses competency models to optimize the nurse training system in S Medical Company,aiming to further enhance the effectiveness of nurse training.The main methods are as follows: Firstly,through interviews,questionnaires and other methods,investigate and understand the current situation of the nurse training system of S Medical Company,and analyze the existing problems in depth;The second is to determine 16 competency indicators for nurses in S Medical Company(including basic nursing knowledge,operational skills,communication and coordination skills,service attitude,institutional norms,sense of responsibility,patience,work attitude,stress response,disease assessment ability,professional identity,cautious independence,health status,carefulness,first aid ability,and professional image)through literature collection,behavioral event interview,and expert consultation,to establish a competency model for nurses in S Medical Company.The third is to take the competency model of nurses as the main line,compare the gaps between the actual competency level of nurses and the competency required for the position,comprehensively grasp the nurse training needs of S Medical Company,and optimize the nurse training system of S Medical Company from three aspects: organizational management,implementation processes,and supportive measures.This study optimizes the nurse training system of S Medical Company based on the competency model,further improving the nurse training system architecture of S Medical Company,providing a basis and foundation for targeted nurse training,and providing a strong guarantee for improving the effectiveness of nurse training. |
