Research On Optimization Of Combat First Aid Training For PLA Army Medical Non-commissioned Officers

For quite a time in the future and also in the modern time,the war with a limited scale and information technology is what we have to face,and in that situation,the troops we deployed into the war zone may not be the one with large scale,the casualties we treat may not be mass,but with the increasing accuracy and killing effects of the weapon,the wounds may become more diversified,more complicated,and more severe.With the request making the casualties live and reducing the percentage of disabilities,there are multiple changes for the medical support abilities and new request for the medical support trainings.Thus we have to do an all-round consideration of medical support concept,strength structure,treating techniques,medical supplies,training and the cultivation of the medical specialties.Among all the elements,the emergency aid in the tactical area is called as the first block to the death evil which shows the importance,the great responsibility,the heavy task,and the glorious destiny of the tactical first aid.The war has showed us that if the “block” was broken,the following medical treatment can do nothing more to save the casualties life.Also the treatment of the combat wounds is never only a technical issue,more importantly,it matters the morale and thus become a political issue.So the medical non-commissioned officer is the first key element in the medical treatment echelon and hold great importance.They share the special status of treating the wounds and starting the medical treatment chain on the battlefield.Thus we have to pay attention to their relationship with the medical private,combat life saver,the medical officer,medical civil personnel.At the same time we should also keep an eye on their career development in the civil emergency aid facility after their retirement.Thus the research focuses on basic thoughts of systematically construction,hierarchical analysis,setting up the combat related goal,question-oriented guidance and the reference with rationality.So as to work out the best research scheme,in order to avoid the possible existing problem,reduce the training loss and improve the efficacy of the training.It is of great necessity and urgency to carry out the research so as to push the training for the medical NCO forward,enforce the team,promote the first line treatment ability,and cultivate the competency of support a troop to win the war.The research comprehensively uses the method of literature review,summary and analysis,expert consultation,questionnaire investigation,on-site investigation etc.The research technical route was settled down in following order,basic theory and concept,analysis on the current situation,combat oriented elements,question oriented outline,multiple rounds of expert consultation,reference on foreign troops’ experience,empirical research,conclusion.Based on the analysis of the pros and cons of the Army medical NCO battlefield first aid training,in compliance with the ordinary rules of the training and its characteristics,the different elements of the training were summarized.So the elements system is all-round,key point highlighted,thus the rationality and feasibility is secured.According to the characteristics of the qualitative elements in the training evaluation system,the related method of quantifying the qualitative indicators was worked out.For the reference of the U.S.Army medical NCO training,the research didn’t blindly follow the practice and deny the experience,insist on the principle of “considering the structure,efficacy among the whole training system of the U.S.Army medical NCO training”.Finally,through the way of questionnaire investigation,on-site investigation,the research outline was verified and improved.With the consideration of the Army reform,the optimization suggestion for the Army medical NCO battlefield first aid training was made.Main innovation: Construct the evaluation indicator system and put into application,propose optimization suggestion for the training focusing on the training system,elements management and conditions.Main character: systematic construction + hierarchy analysis + battle oriented + question oriented + rational reference = optimized proposal.The paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter: The theoretical study on the combat first-aid training of the medical NCO.Firstly,the research clarified the related concept.Then the research compared and referred to the U.S.Army medical NCO battlefield first aid training,separately investigate the efficiency,the interface with the medical officer’s technique,and the talents growth path.Thirdly,the research analyzed the current situation of the PLA Army medical NCO research,respectively from the view of training system and contents,training method and condition,training management and qualification.Finally,the major contradiction and problem was summarized from the view of training contents,training duration,training method,test,training condition,and qualification authentication on the main contradiction and existing problem of medical NCO training.The second chapter: The construction and application of the evaluation indicator chart.It mainly concerns on verification of evaluation index system principle,indicator system for the evaluation of training on the basis of analysis and experience,amendment on the connotation of indicator with the help form experts,using hierarchy analysis method to determine the weights of different indicator,choosing appropriate method to quantify the indicator to apply the evaluation indicator system into actual training.The third chapter: Investigation and analysis on the battlefield first aid training.Mainly carried out the work of on-site investigation,experts consultation,questionnaire investigation to summarize the current situation and problem existing in the training.And build up the foundation for proposing the specific suggestion.The fourth chapter: The recommendation for the optimization of the combat first-aid training for the army medical NCO.Based on the result of evaluation,following suggestion was proposed: establish a further sound training system,improve and enact the training policies,strengthen the construction of teacher talents,improve the quality of trainees on different level,optimize training content,improve training methods,strengthen target management,strengthen process management,scientifically work out the test standard and revise the training material.Other than the suggestion above,the equipment,venue,training equipment should also be improved so as to finally form a systematic army medical NCO combat on-site first-aid training optimization program.The fifth chapter: The conclusion and outlook.This part generally summarizes the research and figure out the deficiency of the research method,idea,tools so as to lay out the foundation for the following research.On the other hand,figure out the expectation for the application of the achievement to serve the command post,academy and armed forces,thus to testify the efficacy,enrich the contents and improve the function of the evaluation indicator system.
