| Objective: Through the statistics and analysis of the prescription medication law of renal system diseases in Ye Tianshi’s Clinical Syndrome Guide Medical Case,to preliminarily explore the medication law of Ye’s treatment of renal system diseases,to enrich the theory and method of TCM treatment of renal system diseases,and to provide reference for clinic.Methods: the division of department of kidney disease syndrome based on 10 edition of journal of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine kidney disease division,combined with renal pathogenesis and the research significance,considering from the clinical guidelines basis four papers selected renal disease certificate basis: spermatorrhea,drench turbidity,swelling,and then closed,the other from the swelling of the article,close your article further screening with the primary symptom of edema,retention of urine basis.The information in the medical records was built into an Excel database,and then imported into the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records in batches to carry out the statistics of the use frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,the attributes of traditional Chinese medicine(four Qi,five flavor,meridian conversion and efficacy),the association analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,the high frequency drug cluster analysis,and the complex network analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: 1.A total of 51 cases of spermatogenesis medical cases were collected,including 51 therapeutic prescriptions involving 105 TCM flavors,with a total frequency of 549 times.The most frequently used drugs were ginseng 31 times,poria 29 times and Radix polygalae 27 times.The most effective drugs were calming the heart and calming the mind 58 times,nourishing Yin and nourishing blood 39 times,kidney and solid essence 34 times,invigorating qi 31 times,invigorating spleen and dampness 31 times.The four qi statistical drugs were calming drugs 210 times,warm drugs 149 times and mild warm drugs 76 times.The five taste statistics were sweet 397 times,hot 111 times and bitter 108 times.Kidney,heart and spleen channels were counted for 383 times,241 times and 237 times.8 pairs of TCM combinations were obtained by association analysis.Four drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Through complex network analysis,the core drugs were ginseng,Fu Shen,Zhizhi,yam,gorgon euryale,poria cocos,Rehmannia sinensis,Ootheca mantidis and schisandra chinensis.The cases of spermatogenic diseases were summarized into 5 types of syndrome,the frequency of which was successively as follows: failure of heart and kidney(39.22%),deficiency of spleen and kidney(19.61%),hyperactivity of Yin and Yang(19.61%),deficiency of Yin and dampnessheat(11.76%),failure of kidney and qi(9.80%).2.A total of 45 cases were collected,45 prescriptions were used for treatment,involving 112 TCM flavors,with a total frequency of 322 times.The highest frequency of use was 16 times of poria cocos,12 times of raw land and 9 times of Phellodendron phellodendron.The most effective drugs were hydrating and moistening 51 times,tonifying kidney and replenishing essence 45 times,clearing heat and removing dampness 36 times,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis 26 times,stabilizing drugs 96 times,cold drugs 91 times and warm drugs 78 times in the four Qi.The five taste statistics were sweet 189 times,bitter 108 times and hot 76 times.Kidney,liver and heart channels were measured 204 times,204 times and 134 times respectively.10 pairs of TCM combinations were obtained by association analysis.Three drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.The core drugs were poria poria,alisma alisma,poria poria,cortex moutan and Phellodendri phellodendri.The cases of nephelopathy were summarized into 5 syndrome types,and their frequency was successively: dampness-heat syndrome(37.78%),stasis turbidity-blocking syndrome(22.22%),heart-fire hyperactivity syndrome(19.61%),kidney and essence deficiency syndrome(17.78%),and abnormal pulse obstruction syndrome(8.89%).3.A total of 30 cases of edema medical records were collected,including 30 therapeutic prescriptions,involving 77 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 202 times.The highest frequency of use was 18 times of poria,12 times of alismatis alismatis and 12 times of atractylodes atractylodes.Efficacy statistics obtained 42 times of regulating qi,29 times of clearing heat and dampness,37 times of water and detumification,25 times of warming spleen and kidney,17 times of dispelling cold and Tongyang;The four Qi were warm drugs 64 times,calm drugs 39 times and cold drugs 35 times.Five taste statistics sweet 109 times,hot 86 times,bitter 74 times;The splenic channels were 118 times,lung channels 117 times and kidney channels 89 times.9 pairs of TCM combinations were obtained by association analysis.Four drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.The core drugs were poria,alisma,magnolia officinalis and atractylodes atractylodes.The cases of edema were classified into three types of syndrome,and their frequency was successively: spleen and stomach Yang deficiency syndrome(50%),water and humidity obstructing syndrome(26.67%),kidney Yang deficiency deficiency syndrome(23.33%).4.The basis of retention of urine were collected(19 cases),treated with 19,involved 65 Chinese traditional medicine,the total frequency of 122 times.The highest frequency of use was talc 7 times,pig ling 5 times,coptis coptis 4 times;The most effective for qi 21 times,clearing heat diuresis 20 times,water infiltration and humidity 16 times,clearing heat and drying dampness 16 times,clearing heart and cooling blood 14 times;The four Qi statistics were cold drugs 44 times,warm drugs 26 times and calm drugs 22 times.The five taste statistics were sweet 66 times,bitter 51 times and hot 41 times.Lung channel 60 times,spleen channel 53 times,kidney channel 51 times;7 pairs of TCM combinations were obtained by association analysis.Cluster analysis and complex network statistics showed that the core drugs were magnolia officinalis,Ling,alisma alisma and talc.Uroschesis medical record were summarized as two kinds of card type,followed by its frequency,damp and hot card indicates sheng(57.89%),closed kidney blood dry syndrome(42.10%).Conclusions: Ye Tianshi Different Treatment of Kidney disease is often different due to diseases,syndrome,and symptoms.The main types of sperm sperm are heart and kidney without syndrome.Certificate,lower coke yin dry syndrome.Ye Tianshi treats the characteristics of kidney disease:(1)good at regulating the heart and kidney;(2)attach importance to protecting the spleen and stomach,(3)Good regulation of the balance of the human body yin and yang,(4)According to the pathogenic characteristics of wet evil injury,It is proposed to use gas drugs to cure dampness;(5)Based on the theory of long-term illness,it pays attention to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis during treatment. |
