| Objective:This project aims to provide a new acupuncture method for the treatment of PHN and improve the efficacy by observing the clinical efficacy of needle continuous acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion in the treatment of Post herpetic neuralgia(PHN).Method:On the basis of clarifying the diagnostic criteria for PHN and strict inclusion criteria,60 patients with PHN were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.In the case of single-blind patients,the control group used clinical local periscopic pricking(the needle body was at an angle of 15° to the skin,away from the edge of the lesion area,the needle tip was pierced to the center of the lesion,piercing 0.5～1.5 inches,and the ridge point was slightly obliquely pierced 0.5～0.8 inches to the spine),and the observation group used straight needle continuous pricking(starting from the ridge point,the needle body was 15°).The angle is 1.5 inches into the adjacent acupoint in the direction of the sternum,and the twisting is inserted until there is a tight feeling under the needle;the periphery starts the next needle at the tip of the needle,and the tip of the previous needle connects to the next needle near the root until the anterior midline,and the number of needles is determined according to different body types or different parts),both are warmed and moxibustion and the operation method is the same,the course of treatment is acupuncture once a day,1 course of treatment is 10 times,each course of treatment is 1 day,and both groups treat 3 courses.The project used "visual analogue scale(VAS)" to quantitatively evaluate pain,combined with "dermatological quality of life index(DLQI)" and "Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PAQI)" to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the patient’s quality of life and sleep state,and followed up the observers who completed the treatment 3 months after treatment to observe the efficacy and stability of the treatment,so as to accurately and evidence-based evaluation of the efficacy and recurrence of treatment with mild moxibustion on the basis of straight acupuncture of the disease.Further explore clinical treatment plans with better safety,operability,effectiveness and targeting.Results:1.The basic data related to the sex,age and course of the patients in the observation group and the control group were statistically analyzed,and the results showed that P > 0.05,this indicates that there are no differences in age,gender,and other starting factors between the treatment and control groups.2.VAS scorePain score(VAS)has no difference before treatment,P > 0.05;after30 treatments,the scores were reduced,and the scores after 30 treatments were compared,P<0.05,which was different,indicating that both acupuncture methods combined with mild moxibustion could relieve the pain of PHN;we should observe the above three score of the two treatment groups after 3 months,and it was found that there was no recurrence in both groups,P<0.05;and the difference between the scores before and after treatment between the two groups was further observed,P < 0.05,which illustrates there was no difference of two acupuncture method in alleviating postherpetic neuralgia,and the straight needle continuation technique was better than the peri-puncture technique.3.Quality of Life Index(DLQI)There was no difference in quality of life score(DLQI)between the first two groups of acupuncture treatment,P>0.05;after 30 treatments,the scores were reduced,and compared with the scores after 30 treatments of the two groups,P<0.05,there was a difference between the two groups,indicating that both acupuncture methods combined with mild moxibustion could improve the quality of life of PHN;at the same time,we should observe the above three score of the two treatment groups after 3months,and it was found that there was no recurrence in both groups,P<0.05;and the difference between the scores before and after treatment between the two groups was further observed,P < 0.05,which illustrates there was no difference of two acupuncture method in improving the quality of life of the skin disease,and the direct needle continuation technique was better than the peri-puncture technique.4.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)The difference in the amount of sleep(DLQI)before and after the therapy of the moxibustion,P>0.05;after 30 treatments,the scores were reduced,and compared with the scores after 30 treatments between the two groups,P<0.05,there were differences between the two groups,indicating that the acupuncture method combined with mild moxibustion could improve the sleep level of PHN;at the same time,we should observe the above three score of the two treatment groups after 3 months,and it was found that there was no recurrence in both groups,P<0.05;and the difference between the scores before and after treatment between the two groups was further observed,P < 0.05,which illustrates that in terms of in improving the sleep quality of patients with postherpetic neuralgia,and the direct needle continuation technique was better than the peri-needle technique.5.Clinical effective rate:The response rate was 86.7% in the observation group and 83.3% in the control group.The statistical results suggested that there was a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was different between the two groups.The test results showed that the two treatment methods of straight needle re-stabbing manoeuvre and peri-stabbing manoeuvre could play a certain clinical effect,but the straight-needle re-stabbing technique was superior to the peri-stabbing manoeuvre.Conclusion:1.Straight acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion is effective in the treatment of PHN,and is better than peri-puncture combined with mild moxibustion,which has an effect on improving patients’ quality of life and sleep quality;2.Treatment with mild moxibustion on the basis of straight acupuncture of PHN has analgesic effect,the treatment effect is remarkable,the overall efficacy is stable,the operation is simple and safe,and it is suitable for clinical promotion. |
