Objective:To observe the clinical effect of postherpetic neuralgia of the head and face with needling distal points along meridian combined with electroac-upuncture,and to expand a new method for clinical acupuncture treatme-nt of postherpetic neuralgia of head and face patients. Methods:A total of 108 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected, and the patients were divided into Control group,Control group II and treat ment group according to the time sequence of the first visit using the random number tablemethod, and 36 patients in each group.6 cases of control group I shedding during treatment,30 cases actually completed;control group II shed 6 cases and actually completed 30 cases;treatment group dislodged 5 cases, actual completion of 31 groups. The control group I adopted peri-acupuncture,the control group II adopted electroac-upuncture and the Treatment group adopted needling distal Xi-cleft poi-nts along meridian combined with electroacupuncture. The three groups need to keep the needles for 30 min each time, one treatment a day,and one rest day a week,a total of 6 treatments a week,1 week is a course of treatment,4 weeks of continuous treatment.Visual Analogue S cales(VAS)of the three groups of patients were observed at the time points of pre-treatment,post-treatment;The time points for observing the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and the Pittsburgh sleep qual-ity index(PSQI)were both pre-treatment,post-treatment.The changes in the above scores were recorded and used as a basis to evaluate the clinical effect of this method. The data obtained werestatistically analyze-d using the software SPSS 25.0.Results:1.There were no significant differences in VAS score,DLQI score and PSQI score among the three groups before enrollment(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.VAS score,DLQI score and PSQI score of patients in the three grou-ps decreased before and after treatment, with statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment, the three groups of patients were compared betwe-en groups(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Further post hoc multiple comparisons between groups were performed, and the treatment group was superior to control group I and control gr oup II(P<0.05),and the control group II group was superior to control group I.All P<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The patients in each of the three gro-ups received the corresponding acupuncture treatment, and the pain lev-el as well as the quality of life and sleep were improved to different degrees. The total effective rate of the control group I was63.3%,the to tal effective rate of the control group II was83.3%,and the total effect-ive rate of the treatment group was 90.3%.Conclusions:1.Peri-acupuncture,electroacupuncture and needling distal points along meridian combined with electroacupuncture can significantly improve the pain of Postherpetic Neuralgia Of The Head And Face, and the curative effect is positive.2.The effect of needling distal points along meridian combined with ele ctroacupuncture was significantly better than that of the method of per-iacupuncture and the method of electroacupuncture in relieving pain,i mproving the quality of life and improving the quality of sleep. |
