| Decaisnea insignis is a plant of the Decaisnea Hook in the Lardizabalaceae.In order to fully develop and utilize the plant of Decaisnea insignis,the research team has systematically studied the chemical components in the Decaisnea insignis.33 compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate fraction of 95%ethanol extract of the fruit of Decaisnea insignis by various modern chromatographic separation methods,which were 5,7-dihydroxychromone(1),eriodictyol(2),kaempferol(3),quercetin(4),eriodictyol-3’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),luteolin(6),sibiscolacton(7),(3R)-thunberginol C(8),methylferulic acid(9),(+)pinoresinol(10),(+)-syringaresinol(11),berchemol(12),8α-hydroxypinoresinol(13),piceatannol-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),mesem-bryanthemoidigenic acid(15),asperosaponin C(16),hederagenin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(17),β-hederin(18),α-hederin(19),sibiraglycoside L(20),ferulic acid-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(21),sibiraglycoside I(22),staphylioside D(23),sibiraglycoside J(24),sibiskoside(25),aruncide A(26),seratagenic acid(27),falandin A(28),rel-(2α,3β)-7-O-methylcitrosin(29),(+)-medioresinol(30),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-3)-(4-O-acetyl-α-Lrhamnopyranosyl)(1-6)-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(31),kaem-pferol-4’-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(32),friedelin(33),twenty-seven compounds including 2,5~9,11~13 and 15~31,33 were isolated from Decaisnea Hook for the first time. |
