Clinical Research Of Jiajianbusunxujin Granules For The Pain And Swelling Of Patients With Intertrochanteric Fractures(Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) After PFNA Surgery

Objective:Get the judgement about the clinical efficacy of Jiajianbusunxujin granules for the pain and swelling of patients with intertrochanteric fractures(Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type)after PFNA surgery.Methods:All of the clinical cases were selected from the patients patients with intertrochanteric fractures(Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis Type)after PFNA surgery who were hospitalized in the orthopedic department of jiangxi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in December 2021～ December2022,according to the "diagnostic criteria","inclusion criteria" and "exclusion criteria",Sixty four patients who met the criteria were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(treated with Jiajianbusunxujin granules and conventional treatment after PFNA)and the control group(treated with PFNA and conventional treatment),each group includes 32 cases.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Jiajianbusunxujin granules on the first day after surgery for one month.Collected and recorded the VAS score、thigh swelling circumference difference、Harris hip score、fracture healing condition、surgical complications and adverse drug reactions of the two groups during hospitalization and follow-up,SPSS26.0 software was used to compare the differences between the two groups.Result:64 cases with intertrochanteric fractures(Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis Type)were finished in this study,32 patients in the treatment group and 32 in the control group,no one quit the experiment.After used the SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis,there were no significant differences in the basic data included age,gender,affected side,and classification between the two groups(P>0.05).The preoperative VAS score,the difference of thigh swelling one day after operation,and hip Harris score one week after operation were without significant differences(P > 0.05).1.VAS score:The VAS scores of the two groups were lower and the pain was improved at 1 week after operation than before operation and at 2 weeks after operation than at 1 week after operation.Compared with each other,the treatment group had a better inhibition effect on the pain in the operation area,and there was a significant difference at the same time(P<0.05).2.The difference of thigh swelling: the difference of thigh swelling in the two groups at 1 week and 2 weeks after operation was significantly lower than that before operation(P < 0.001).The improvement of thigh swelling in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Fracture healing condition:Three months after surger,fracture healing in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Harris hip score:The Harris hip scores of the two groups showed an upward trend after operation,the Harris score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The stitches were removed within 13 to 16 days after the operation,and the incisions of the two groups reached the level of Ⅰ/ A healing.There was no obvious fluctuation were reported about the basic vital signs、the blood routine、liver and kidney function,neither surgical complications and adverse reactions after taking traditional Chinese medicine during the postoperative hospitalization.Conclusion:The Jiajianbusunxujin granules can improve the symptoms of swelling and pain after PFNA for intertrochanteric fracture of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,promote the fracture healing and the recovery of hip joint function,and has no obvious adverse drug reactions.It is a safe and effective clinical treatment method worthy of further research and promotion.
