Clinical Effect Of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Bag On Tension Type Headache

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of floating needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot bag in the treatment of TTH,and comparing the efficacy with that of acupuncture alone,we explored new ideas and more effective treatment methods for TTH.Methods: In this study,the gender,age,course of disease and other general data of 60 patients with tension-type headache from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected by random control method,and the left and right visual analogue scale(VAS),headache score,Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were collected before and after treatment.In the observation group,30 cases were treated with floating needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine.On the first,third,fifth,and seventh days of treatment,patients received FSN treatment,and on the first to seventh days of treatment,patients in the control group received basic Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment on the first to seventh days of treatment,and the standardized treatment lasted for a week.Relevant data were recorded,followed up one month after the treatment,and relevant data were recorded.SPSS 27.0 software was used to establish a database,carry out data entry and sorting,and chi-square test,test and rank test were used.Results:1.All the 60 patients included in this study did not fall off.Before treatment,the baseline data(gender,age,course of disease,headache VAS score,headache score,SAS score and SDS score)for statistical analysis and comparison(P>0.05),which was comparative.2.After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group decreased more significantly after treatment.The difference between the observation group and the control experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the conversion of headache score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The anxiety,headache score,SAS and SDS scores of patients in the left and right groups before and after treatment were very significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of clinical medical effects: data analysis of the observation contents of the two groups after treatment to obtain their clinical medical effects.The result shows that the total efficiency of the observation team(floating needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot bag)was ninety-seven percent,in which 17% was effective,80% was effective and 3% was ineffective,while the control group(common acupuncture group)was 70%,in which 3% was effective,67% was effective and 30% was ineffective.The difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of the observation group(floating needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot-pressing group)was better than that of the control group(common acupuncture group).4.Safety analysis: There were no obvious abnormalities in the general vital signs and other indicators of the two groups during the treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion: The treatment of TTH with FSN combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot bag and ordinary acupuncture has certain efficacy in alleviating the degree of headache,improving the headache score of patients with tension type headache,and accompanying aspects.The combination of FSN and traditional Chinese medicine hot bag has a more significant effect on relieving pain,with a higher total effective rate,no adverse reactions,high safety factor,and high patient compliance.It is worth further research and comprehensive clinical promotion.
