| Objective:by observing the condition that the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis treats patients with knee arthritis in the clinic, soas to research its clinical effecacy, the degree of safety and discuss its mechanism of action.Contrast analysis of the curative effect between the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling and the traditional acupuncture method can provide accurate and sufficient theoretical basis for the clinical application andpopularization of the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling, and make the therapy with good curative effect andhigh safety in the treatment of the disease play a greater role in the process. Methods:In this study,80 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of this disease were randomly divided into 2 groups by statistical method. The treatment group(the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling group)and the control group(traditional acupuncture group)were treated for 14 days. The two groups were treated with the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling and conventional acupuncture respectively, and both groups used traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis as the basic treatment.By comparing and analyzing the changes of VAS,JOA and WOMAC before treatment, after two weeks, treatment, the clinical efficacy of the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling was described. Results:the relevant information(gender, age, disease course and affected knee position),VAS,JOA and WOMAC of the two groups were analyzed by statistical method(P>0.05),indicating that the data information of patients in the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference before treatment, and the two groups were comparable. After two weeks, collecting VAS,JOA and WOMAC of two groups, and using statistical methods to analyze them, indicated that two types of treatment can obviously improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs, and the clinical curative effect ofpatients in treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After thetreatment, the total effective rate of the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling group was 94.87%,and that of the conventional acupuncture group was 84.61%.By the rank sum test,P<0.05,showing a significant difference,an indicating that the treatment in the treatment group had a more obviousclinical effect on the disease than that in the control group. Conclusion: the VAS score,JOA score and WOMAC score of knee osteoarthritis were significantly reduced in the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling, and the cure rate was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Through the experiment,it can be shown that the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of knee osteoarthritis patients, andhas the characteristics of high safety, quick and good efficacy, worthy of clinical application and further exploration. |
