Objective:To analyze and study the influence of single use of Ibendronate sodium versus combined use of Ibendronate sodium combined with Xianling Gubao capsule on compression fracture caused by common osteoporosis and prognosis after PVP,so as to provide reference and guidance for subsequent clinical treatment.Methods:Collected from December 1,2019-June 1,2020,in the Shandong University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine spine orthopaedic clinic or ward in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,filter into the standard of diagnosis of osteoporosis and vertebral body compression fractures and have menstruation skin puncture 60 cases of patients with vertebral plasty,will study patients according to two groups were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases of control group to give the class phosphonic acid sodium therapy,treatment group on the basis of the class to give Iraq phosphonic acid sodium add a fairy bone remains capsule treatment The patients were followed up for half a year during the postoperative drug treatment,and the experimental data of each group were collected regularly.After the observation time,the bone mineral density T value of the patients before and after the treatment was analyzed uniformly,the bone metabolism biochemical indexes(parathyroid hormone vitamin D(25-OH)osteocalcinβ-collagen special sequence.The average T value of vertebral bone mineral density and vitamin D(25-OH)β-collagen special sequence(β-CTX)indexes in bone metabolism were mainly observed in this study.SPSS 22.0 software was used for analysis.Results:A total of 60 patients included in the standard for postoperative patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in PVP,separate application phosphonic acid sodium injection control group in the class and the class phosphonic acid sodium injection joint faeries bone remains capsule treatment group both can improve its adjacent the average density of nonsurgical spinal vertebral body area,enhance the level of patients with vitamin D and lower beta collagen special sequence(beta CTX)index,and can reduce the risk of vertebral fracture injury pain again,statistically significant However,the therapeutic effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was significant for the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Ibanronate sodium combined with Xianling gubao capsule has a good effect on improving bone mineral density and biochemical indexes of bone metabolism after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)for vertebral compression fracture caused by osteoporosis.In addition,the combination of the two drugs has a good effect on improving postoperative pain of patients at the fracture site and preventing refracture of the vertebral body and its surrounding vertebral body,which can be further applied in clinical treatment under in-depth study. |
