| Objective: The purpose of this clinical study was to observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic external treatment combined with cauterization in the treatment of children snoring syndrome(tonsil hypertrophy),and try to analyze the mechanism of this external treatment.It is hoped that through the verification of theory and practice,an effective external treatment with TCM characteristics can be developed for children with snoring syndrome(tonsil hyperplasia),and it can be publicized and applied to the whole country.Methods: Firstly,after removing the children who were unable to cooperate or had fear,we collected 60 children with children with snoring syndrome who were mainly with palatine tonsil hypertrophy and randomly divided them into three groups at a ratio of 1:1:1.(1)Cauterizing group selected cauterizing combined therapy: first,five puncturing operations were performed on each side of the tonsils to release toxic blood.After patients had a short rest,they began to use our special soldering iron to burn red on the alcohol lamp,and operated on both sides of the tonsils for five times.After the operation,tin powder was generally selected to spray the operating site to prevent complications.(2)Simple stabbing method was used in the stabbing group: the method was the same as the above stabbing therapy in the cauterizing group,and then the operation site was sprayed with tin powder.(3)The cauterization group was treated with simple cauterization: the method was the same as the cauterization treatment in the cauterization group,and then the operation site was sprayed with tin powder.In terms of the course of the disease,the stabbing group was treated once every other day,the cautery group was treated once every week,and the cautery group was treated alternately according to the above two treatment duration,and the stabbing and cautery treatment were treated every other day,with a total course of5 weeks.The quantitative score of children’s snoring symptoms,the score of children’s signs(tonsil hyperplasia),the score of sleep breathing monitoring,the total score of snoring symptoms and the change of total score were recorded before and after treatment in the three groups.The significant efficiency of 60 patients was recorded four times,respectively before treatment,1 week after treatment,3 weeks after treatment and 5 weeks after treatment.After treatment,the recurrence of patients 1 month later was followed up.Finally,the data were analyzed by spss26.00 for comparison.Results: Before and after treatment,the three groups of subjects were compared with each symptom grading quantitative score of pediatric snoring,pediatric sign(tonsil hypertrophy)score,sleep breathing monitoring score,total score of snoring symptoms,total score,cure rate and recurrence rate.It was found that the three treatment methods had significant differences in cure rate and symptom relief of the disease,with different efficacy.The efficacy and cure rate of cauterization combined with cauterization were better than the other two methods in the treatment of the disease,and no unsafe phenomenon and consequences were found in all patients.Therefore,for the treatment of children snoring syndrome(tonsil hypertrophy),no matter simply cauterization,cauterization or the combination of the two methods is a safe treatment.The safety evaluation of all cases in this study was Grade I.The recurrence rate of children snoring(tonsil hyperplasia)treated by cauterization combined with cauterization was significantly lower than that treated by cauterization and cauterization.Conclusion: The results of this clinical study showed that: 1.The three methods have obvious effect on improving the symptoms and indicators of children snoring syndrome(tonsil hypertrophy);2.Combined therapy with cauterization has more advantages than cauterization and cauterization,which is also a non-toxic side effect,simple and has the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.3.The recurrence rate of children snoring(tonsil hypertrophy)was low 1 month after treatment with cauterizing combined therapy;4.Cauterization combined with tonsil hyperplasia in the treatment of snoring in children has fewer adverse reactions and high safety;5.The mechanism of cauterizing combined therapy in the treatment of children snoring syndrome(tonsil hypertrophy)is as follows: reduce the loss of proliferative tonsil tissue and smooth the qi and blood channels around the tonsil;After standardizing the operation of this external treatment method,it can be used as a conventional external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine in the country. |
