Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gastritis Mixture In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Intestinal Metaplasia

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Gastritis Mixture in the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia,to systematically evaluate its efficacy and safety,and to optimize and refine the treatment protocol of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.Methods: We selected patients who met the criteria of chronic non atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia in outpatient clinic,and the inclusion criteria,as the treatment subjects,randomly divided the patients into two groups,The treatment group received anti-Hp for 2 weeks and TCM decoction for 6 weeks,while the control group received anti-Hp for 2 weeks and tiprxone for 6 weeks.After the administration of drugs in the two groups,the patients were observed for changes in clinical symptoms,gastroscopic and pathological efficacy,at the same time,safety index detection.After the end of the course of treatment,the data were analyzed statistically and the conclusions were drawn.Results: 1.A total of 40 patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia who met the criteria were included in this study,including 20 in the control group and 20 in the treatment group.2.TCM syndrome efficacy:(1)evaluation of clinical symptom scores: after treatment,all the TCM clinical symptom scores within the two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups were effective for improving clinical symptoms;Compared the scores of each TCM clinical symptom after treatment between the two groups,the scores of the main symptom " gastric wan flatulence flanking,warming,or sagittal Qi can be retarded " in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);In the treatment group,the scores of the main symptoms ""epigastral disproportion,emotional disturbance recurrence or aggravation,post-treatment distension and epigastric dull pain,occur in experience of exertion "and the subsymptoms " neural fatigue sloth,lassitude fatigue,weak mouth,thirst,loose stools,noisy regurgitation,good rest and effortful bowel movements or defecation weakness " were slightly lower than those of the control group after treatment,but the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05);The total score of TCM symptoms was lower in the treated group compared with the control group,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).This suggested that the treatment group had a better effect than the control group.(2)Efficacy evaluation of TCM syndromes: after treatment,both groups showed different degrees of reduct in TCM symptoms,with a total effective rate of 70% for TCM syndromes in the control group and90% for TCM syndromes in the treatment group as well,suggesting that both the treatment group and the control group can effectively improve the TCM Syndromes.3.Efficacy of gastroscopy and pathology: after treatment,the total effective rate of gastroscopy and pathology in the control group was 75%,and the treatment group was also 95%,suggesting that both the treatment and control groups can effectively improve the gastroscopic and pathological characteristics.Conclusion: gastritis agents are effective in the treatment of patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia,can relieve their clinical symptoms,can improve the gastric mucosa and improve the degree of intestinal metaplasia,thereby treating the condition and improving the quality of life of patients,and,in the course of treatment,no significant adverse effects or toxic side effects occur during the treatment process,Gastritis compound is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis associated with intestinal metaplasia.
