| Objective:In this study, the clinical efficacy of "three axillary needles" in the treatment of frozen shoulder in the adhesive phase was observed,so as to optimize the selection of acupuncture points for the treatment of frozen shoulder in the adhesive phase, and to improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of frozen shoulder in the adhesive phase. Methods:According to the aim of the study,60 patients with adhesive stage frozen shoulder who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the conventional acupuncture group and the axillary triple acupuncture group, with 30 patients in each group. The three axillary needles were applied to the anterior side of the axilla, the Jiquan point and the posterior side of the axilla. The acupoints selected for the conventional acupuncture group were referred to the acupoints for the treatment of "Leaky Shoulder Wind" in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" textbook for higher education in the Chinese medicine industry, including the acupoints at the shoulder, the shoulder, the shoulder, the shoulder, the front of the shoulder, the A-Yi point,Yanglingquan, and Jokou Touchengshan. The rest of the acupoints are taken from the affected side. The three axillary acupuncture points are added to the regular acupuncture group. The two groups are paired with the following acupoints: Sanma for Hand Yangming meridian;Zhongzhu for Hand Shaoyang meridian;Houxi for Hand Sun meridian;and Lijiao for Hand Taiyin meridian. The patient is placed in a supine position, the affected limb is lifted and the axillary area is disinfected with iodine volt, and a 0.30 mm x 40 mm disposable acupuncture needle is used. The acupuncture method for the Chengshan acupuncture point: the healthy side of the acupuncture point is routinely disinfected with iodine volts,a 0.3mm x 75 mm disposable acupuncture needle is used to penetrate the healthy side of the acupuncture point, with the tip of the needle facing the Chengshan acupuncture point. The rest of the acupoints were routinely disinfected with iodine volts, and disposable acupuncture needles of 0.3mm x 40 mm size were used for acupuncture, and after obtaining qi,a flat-supplementation and flat-diarrhea technique was applied, and the needles were retained for30 minutes after obtaining qi.The above two groups were treated once a day for 10 days, for a total of 1 course of treatment. The VAS score,PPI score and CMS score were recorded before and after treatment, and the efficacy was counted after 1 course of treatment. The data were processed and analysed using the statistical software SPSS 25.0 to compare the clinical efficacy of the three axillary acupuncture groups with that of the conventional acupuncture group,so as to optimize the prescription of acupuncture points for the treatment of frozen shoulder.Results:1.After statistical analysis, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of age, gender, duration of disease,VAS score,PPI score and CMS score before treatment, suggesting that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of VAS scores,PPI scores and CMS scores between the two groups before and after treatment: there was a significant difference in the VAS scores,PPI scores and CMS scores before and after treatment in the axillary triple acupuncture group(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in the VAS scores,PPI scores and CMS scores before and after treatment in the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05),suggesting that the axillary triple acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group were more effective in improving periarthritis. Both the acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group had good effects in improving the pain and shoulder joint function of patients with frozen shoulder.3.Comparison of VAS score difference,PPI score difference and CMS score difference between the two groups before and after treatment: There was a significant difference in the VAS score difference,PPI score difference and CMS score difference between the axillary triple acupuncture group before and after treatment compared with the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05),suggesting that the axillary triple acupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group in improving the pain and shoulder joint function of patients with frozen shoulder.4.The healing rate of the axillary triple acupuncture group was 50%and the total effective rate was 93.33%,while the healing rate of the conventional acupuncture group was 23.33% and the total effective rate was 86.66%.The healing rate and total effective rate of the axillary triple acupuncture group were higher than those of the conventional acupuncture group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the axillary triple acupuncture group in the treatment of adhesive capsulitis was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group. Conclusion:The three axillary needles can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of adhesive phase frozen shoulder, and provide a useful clinical reference for the selection of acupuncture points in the treatment of adhesive phase frozen shoulder. |
