Clinical Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic Manipulation Based On AO 31-A2 Type Refractory Intertrochanteric Fracture Of The Femur

Objective:This study aims to address the characteristics of AO 31-A2 type refractory intertrochanteric fractures,and effectively close and reduce the fracture ends using traditional Chinese medicine bone setting techniques to guide surgical traction reduction,reduce bleeding,shorten surgical time,reduce postoperative complications,and improve treatment effectiveness.Methods:Patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and a total of 60 patients with 31-A2 refractory fracture were selected as fracture types using AO classification.According to SPSS statistical software,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with30 patients in both groups.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese bone setting manipulation combined with PFNA surgery,and the control group was treated with traction bed reduction combined with PFNA surgery.To observe the clinical effect of Chinese bone-setting manipulation in treating refractory intertrochanteric fracture based on AO classification.Results:In the comparison of operation time,intraoperative blood loss and fluoroscopy times,observation group was less than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative healing time between 2 groups(P>0.05).The comparison of hip Harris score between the two groups after treatment showed statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group after treatment.There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).For AO 31-A2 refractory intertrochanteric fracture of femur,the application of traditional Chinese medicine bone setting technique can guide the traction reduction of the operation,effectively close the reduction of the broken end of the fracture,reduce bleeding,shorten surgical time,reduce postoperative complications,and improve the therapeutic effect.Conclusion:Through this experimental study,the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.In the treatment of refractory AO 31-A2 intertrochanteric fractures,traditional Chinese medicine bonesetting techniques are helpful in loosening soft tissue,shortening,inserting,and rotating the fracture end,effectively improving the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.Traditional Chinese medicine bone setting manipulation is a convenient,safe and effective treatment method without obvious side effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
